Customer service and print quality is always top tier, Selena was the most recent representative to help me out and she's been amazing.

I would like to share this review about the Vograce customer service team, whom I had the opportunity to contact following an issue that occurred after confirming my order, especially Frank.
He took my situation very seriously and was extremely patient, taking the time to explain step by step what I needed to do. Everything went very smoothly.
I would also like to highlight how quickly everything was resolved, in less than 24 hours, which is quite rare these days.
I can not wait to work with you again.

Everytime I order, all the customer representatives are very responsive and helpful. I had Sylvia, Cassie, and Gia as my reps before and they were all very helpful.

Despite having used VOGRACE for years, I’ve had nothing but issues with them since 2025. I’ve always ordered my stock from here, yet now when I reorder designs they’ve flawlessly completed before, they now constantly come with errors. Sizing errors, printing and colour issues, flipped text. They already have my files and previous instructions, yet when I order it again it’s a complete mixed bag. They also never respond to me reaching out. I send them countless emails and typically have to get a friend to email them as well just in hopes of any response. I’m going to have to change manufacturers at this point, it’s become unbearable to run a business with a completely undependable company.

It was smooth process and product is amazing. I uploaded design and one of the team members "selena" contacted me very fast. Communication was great. The item was delivered speedy. It looks great. Print is good quality. The glow in the dark effect is amazing. I can't stop staring at it...I will definitely use them again.

I’ve purchased from Vograce about four times by now and I’ll keep doing it because they are great! The quality is always perfect and there’re simply no complaints to be made. This last time I needed help with my order and Winnie was the one that helped me. It was honestly the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. Winnie was very helpful, kind, quick to respond and really understood what I was asking for.

I've ordered with Selena several times now and she's very helpful. My orders are usually quite large & leading up to a convention and she's always been able to get me proofs quickly & helped to make sure they arrive on time. I made my last order on a really tight schedule and my package arrived almost two weeks early.

The print quality of the products is very sharp. Even colors like pink/magenta print very bright, which is sometimes a problem for me with some printers. Selena also let me know where there might be issues for printing, for example, I had some foil printing areas that were too close together and would get cut off, so I was able to fix those. Strongly recommend Vograce to other artists, super easy to order from + good prices!

I had a really great experience with this team. After an issue with my initial order, they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional. They carefully reviewed my feedback, used a previous proof as reference, and made sure the replacement was produced exactly as requested.

Most of this is just for, and because, of Amber. There was some confusion and mixups with my order, when it was going to be completed, done, not to mention apparently a file didn't get uploaded like I thought it had been for one part of my order. Amber helped and explained things, reached out to get the correct file needed for the product, clarified any confusion, and let me know the estimated dates of completion, and even helped keep track of my order till it was delivered, as when I tried to use my tracking service, it said the order wouldn't be delivered till next month. Instead, however, as Amber reassured me, it came in the next two days. The customer help is just such a big reason why I keep placing orders through vograce. Yes, the stickers, keychains, are all good too, but Amber just saved me so much stress, this five star's for her.

I forgot to input the coupon code to my first order so I sent an email asking if I could still get the discount after I've already sent the order, and Bella was able to help me with it right away. Thanks Bella for such a fast response and action!

I came too vograce with the intention too create the perfect comfort plush, and from the start it was a really good experience. I got too draw my own little creature in the template they provided and it was a lot of fun! As vograce sent me some emails, and i was immediately able too communicate with real people, it soon became clear this wasnt a scam like many other plush making companys, unlike myphotobags and makemyplush, vograce was real!!! The process of designing my plush was pretty simple on my end, but unfortunately, it was the first time i had done something like this and i didnt have a lot of experience, so unfortunately, vograce had too inform me that there was a problem with the tail being too small, but Keiken was quick too help me, they explained about how the tail needs too be a certain width, how the cutlines worked, and how the small single pixel mistakes wouldnt be visible in the final product, throughout the whole plush desiging experience Keiken was a very good teacher. Later i noticed a discrepancy with the colors i chose, a foolish mistake on my part, using grey instead of yellow, but still, Keiken was so patient with me, and right after the holidays ended Keiken immediately continued helping me make the plush of my dreams, it was well worth the wait. Thank you SO much, vograce. I just want too say how much i appreciate how great this customer service is compared too other custom plush companys like karawcrafts and makemyplush, your very patient and responsive and it accually feels like your working WITH me! Thank you so much for this learning experience as i think ive gained a lot from your guidance on this, from learning about cymk conversion, too how some small mistakes wont be visible on the final product, and how the tail cant be too thin, theres so much that ive learned from this and its been great! Sometimes people get frustrated at me for not understanding things and then i get anxious and give up on a project, but vograce had been so kind and reassuring this whole time, its been really nice being able too design a product WITH somebody, usually i do my art all alone instead of with help from somebody else... I was willing too tip or pay extra for all the proofs ive used, but they said it wasnt necessary. Keiken even offered too show me a sample so i could make sure everything was perfect before full production! The sample looks great, it was five images and a short video allowing me too see every angle of the plush. Its beautiful 🥹 turned out even better then i expected! Bigger then i expected too! Very round and cute! Thank you so much!!! The patterns line up really well, the colors are vibrant and accurate, the ears and tail look amazing and the face looks great as well! The only thing that looked a bit off was the color of the loop holding the chain in place, but i was able too request a change too make it the exact color i wanted. I love it omg!!! I definitely see myself ordering from vograce again as its been a pretty good experience overall, thank you for all the help, Keiken!!! All in all, vograce allows a wide variety of different colors and shades and might be the best custom plush maker if you want something small and chibi, but are very particular about the design. The price is much lower then other custom plush makers, with a greater degree of creativity, it seems like a wonderful option for artists of all ages who want too be able too draw there own plush and have a squishable version of there artwork too carry around. They even allow the plush too have horns AND ears!!! This is genuinely a team that values your creativity. Im very excited too see what other products vograce comes up with, as this was genuinely such a fun and rewarding experience as a artist, i cant beleave i hadnt heard of them sooner!!!

I was frankly on a huge time crunch to get my merch before my event, and I wasn't sure if my pins could make it in time. My representative for this order, Una, she was amazing to make it happen! She was really prompt in her responses, as well as being really well understandable during my questions, as well as also being really polite and understanding of my situation. She made sure my pins got to me on time before my event and constantly updated me on everything that was happening, as well as making sure I approved and knew of each process. Despite the time constraints, she managed to produce and ship me these wonderful pins that are simply put, really high quality and amazing. I really appreciate everything she did for my order and how my order turned out.

I have ordered from Vograce ~20 times, and every time have been satisfied with both the customer service and product quality. When there have been errors, they have been both small and easy to rectify. I've had a decent time with every rep I've worked with, but Keiken especially has gone above and beyond and I am so pleased with their service and hard work!

I’ve worked with a couple of businesses similar to Vograce, and the level of personal support here really stood out and made a big difference! I would specifically love to work with Savi again. He was organized, patient, and very attentive to details. I can be picky, and he handled all of my requests with ease and professionalism!

Super good & super quick!

My amazing rep Yanni always helps me with my orders. As a result, I always get my proof super fast so we can move into production as quickly as possible. Even though I work with strict deadlines sometimes, we almost never miss them! Vograce has great products and I am very happy to be a returning customer.

Ordered with Vograce two times so far and I’m awfully satisfied. Just always be sure you, the customer is responsible for ordering three-two weeks in advance for your event (varies depending on if you’re paying for rush shipment).
They’re very timely with responses and want to make sure your proof is correct.
Worked with Cassie at for my first art event and was happy with the end product. Cassie took responsibility for a mistake she initially made and promptly fixed it. Very thankful.
