Ordered with Vograce two times so far and I’m awfully satisfied. Just always be sure you, the customer is responsible for ordering three-two weeks in advance for your event (varies depending on if you’re paying for rush shipment).
They’re very timely with responses and want to make sure your proof is correct.
Worked with Cassie at for my first art event and was happy with the end product. Cassie took responsibility for a mistake she initially made and promptly fixed it. Very thankful.

Anytime I ever reach out with a question or I get a proof for my order, it's usually from Vivi! Vivi is so very kind and helpful, quick to answer any questions and put to ease any concerns I might have.

The team at VOGRACE in general is always helpful and professional, I can't see myself going to any other supplier for my orders; and I can't recommend this team enough for others to use for their shop or even personal needs!

I’ve ordered from vograce since 2022 and have had nothing but 10/10 experiences! I’ve been ordering with my rep Savi for 2 years now and they are AMAZING with communication and customer service. I always get my order within a couple of weeks from payment (I do pay extra for the highest shipping speed, I did ocean freight once and never again lol) thank you Savi and team for being incredible!!

I asked the customer service for how to organized the mockups for my coasters designs and Beira help me with It! She was really nice and quick.

I've used Vograce for the last 5-6 years and always find their service affordable and perfect for what I need.

I wanted to make some last minute acrylic charms with a tight deadline and emailed directly to ask if it was possible. I worked with Yanni who was incredibly accomodating, they were able to give me an ETA and fastracked my order all within a day or two. The charms even arrived an entire week early!
Couldn't have asked for more and hope to be back soon making more stuff!! Thank you!

I have ordered from them a couple times now and always find the employees so helpful! This time, Savi was there to redo my order when I chose the wrong keychain option and they updated my shipping address at the last second for me! They have been such a great help!
