I’ve been using Vograce for a couple of years now and keep coming back. The quality has always been great, and the overall experience is consistently smooth and reliable. I’m especially grateful to have built such a good relationship with my representative Savi! They're always incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with :)

I inquired with Vograce about a complex custom sticker sheet project, and Jolie helped me every step of the way. They were extremely kind and thoughtful about ensuring the product turned out right, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Couldn't recommend their services enough! Fast and Reliable. I had made my first big purchase and noticed some of the art in the proof were not correct. Luckily Bella had confirmed and helped me correct each and every item I was unsure about. I was happy to even have her question some of the items to make sure it was okay to print and produce. This makes it easier for my products to look the best they can before entering the production stage. I am so thankful for her support throughout the process. I also like that it only takes a few business days for each proof to be sent back, sometimes even the next day. The consistent communication and knowing my products are being looked after in a timely manner keeps me doing what I love. Which is making art. Thank you Vograce for providing a place for artists to bring their art to life, and Bella for being such an amazing sales manager.

Cindy was a wonderful help explaining things that wouldn’t work and giving exact costs to any adjustments with the order. It’s definitely a learning curve ordering in such bulk so I really appreciate her patience with my multiple emails. I am a small artist and learning how to order is quite a challenge but when you finally understand it, it's easy to use and you will not be disappointed ! I made small and big orders and they arrived always perfectly good ! If you need help, you can directly contact them and it helps me a lot. They're patient and really kind and really help you if you have any problems or misunderstanding. Thank you a lot to them. It's literally the perfect website for big and small artist ! I recommand !

The quality of product is great and they have worked diligently to keep prices affordable through supply chain/tariff changes. I have worked personally on a few projects with their staff, and they have been communicative and helpful with proofing/adjustments. Most recently I have worked with Winnie, who was a great help to me and my business. Thank you!

The customer service is always top. I get my replies very quickly and everything is worked on efficiently. Thank you, Ella for always helping with all the request.

I continuously have ordered from Vograce and am never disappointed. During my most recent purchase the proofing page refreshed and I never hit confirm despite there being an issue. Yet the confirmation went through anyway. However I contacted a representative, and Bella responded and helped me fix the mishap.

Worked with Savi for the prototypes of my products, he was the most helpful and quick costumer service person I ever worked with!! Will direct myself to him again for my next products!

I have ordered with vograce three times so far and my experiences have always been amazing, I have worked with Minty, Ella and Jolie. Their products always have a very high quality, they are super durable and the colors of the prints look amazing. I will definitely keep choosing vograce for future orders.

I'd like to specifically praise Jolie, who I had a lot of email exchanges with, because I needed to rework my files a few times for the perfect outcome. The products I ordered were meant to be for a concert as gifts for both fellow fans but also the members of the band, who I had the absolute luckiest chance of meeting in person, so I had a very specific deadline. Not only is Jolie a very kind and friendly person, she is also super detail-oriented and made sure the end results would turn out perfect, informing me about every detail she noticed that might be dissatisfactory. In the end the schedule was unfortunately incredibly tight and it is only thanks to her and urgent express shipping, that I actually received my order the absolute last minute before the concert. She was so helpful, so sweet, super empathetic when I explained to her how panicked I was about the possibility that the order might arrive too late and she even wished a great concert experience to me and offered compensation in case it would not work out.
I am incredibly thankful about all of it and would be happy to work with her again :)

They handle well with customers, I'll say that! I reached out to them about how a discount I used wasn't working because it still made me pay full price, but they responded back to me & actually gave me my discount! I'd say that they handle their customers well with enough patience, & that's honestly good customer service right there!^^

I have been working with Winnie to make my first ever standee's and they have been a great help! They are super polite and active to keep up communication, as Vograce has always been for me. Before shipping out my order, I also received photos of my standee samples from Winnie which was great as I am on a bit of a time crunch and was able to figure out what changes I'd like to make to my designs before waiting for the pieces to ship overseas.

Fantastic quality as always...I have been using Vograce as my only manufacturer for about four years and I have never had an issue. Beira was extremely helpful with this order in particular. I was having issues with the color profiles on my computer and they solved the issue and ensured that my order looked perfect. I really appreciate their help, and I will be making an order again soon!

I’ve worked with my rep Mona consistently and she has been fantastic in creating proofs, troubleshooting questions and making suggestions to improve my designs for production. Her help has definitely made me a repeat customer and I always appreciate how responsive and helpful Vograce’s customer support is.

I ordered a for me big order of over 500$ at vograce and was positively surprised by both the service and quality of products.
I was very happy to see how strong the colors of the prints came out and how beautifully all products were manufactured.
My highlight was my salesrep though, Ella. She was such a joy to work with, very quick answers to my questions, kept me up to date, even found a solution for my timeschedule problem. I really hope I will get Ella or an equally well trained sales rep the next time I order!
