Cindy at Vograce has been great to work with! The custom holographic cards were a huge hit for all the elementary students at our school as incentives for our annual jog a thon fundraiser. Not only were they high quality but Cindy ensured we received them in time to meet our deadline. They were an excellent value and the kids really enjoyed them. Highly recommend

From making sure everything was correct in the beginning to check in on me after my product was delivered, it was exceptional. I went here with high hopes that I could finally have an acrylic keychain + 1 other item based on great reviews. I placed my order April 7th, asked to confirm proof on the 8th, they responded the 10th, & just confirmed it 3 days later. Now during this period, my items are on production it says. They said it’d take a while and I expected that but a whole MONTH passed with no update. I reach out asking if there’s any update on May 1st bc my order still says on production and no ETA was given. They reach out 5 days later and say that my order isn’t even ON production yet. WHAT? Then they say that my file can’t be opened even though I sent it initially and it was received no problem. If the file couldn’t be opened, why not SAY anything and leave me in the dark?? I told them to just cancel it the same day and they’re just NOW replying and cancelling it today. Horrible communication and lies about order statuses on the website. It’s really a shame bc I was looking forward to my acrylic and plush keychains.

I’ve just placed my second order with Vograce, and I can’t say enough good things about them! The quality is really great, I just love my Keychains and the quality of all my stuff! Their instructions for the templates are easy to follow, and their customer support is top-notch.
Unfortunately, I miscalculated the timing a bit, but the support team(Ella, you’re the best! Thank you so much again.) was super kind, and thanks to them and the team, my order was shipped earlier than expected. Big hugs to you all!

There was a little mistake with my order (some products were missing), but Vivi made sure they got to me before I needed them and had great communication the entire time! She was also so patient with me and all my questions

I placed an order when the spring sales were on. Lindsay was in charge of my order and she was so patient and understanding to wait until my artwork was done which took a month to finish. I then requested to get this done and shipped within a short time which I'm actually amazed. Lindsay was so helpful and responsive, I'm thankful for her service ^ w ^

Frank has been super helpful! Sent me emails and guided me through fixes and the proofs, and the process before then has been a pleasant one! If there is one thing I may say about the website itself, clicking to check on my account details hasn't been loading lately, but other than that, love ordering with Vograce!
