Ordered may 11- acrylic keychains and standees to be produced . Chose express shipping. Lindsay followed up with the adjustments to quantities and file options with me extremely quickly, and I was able to have them shipped to my house in Canada by May 22. Excellent service and speed for a very affordable price, highly reccomend.

I have loved using vograce for years and working specifically with Merida to help fulfill my orders to the specifics that I have for my work has been great.

Product quality is great!
The only problem was the delivery process. Due to an inspection at customs my package arrived later than the the anticipated 20 days I payed for express. Not sure if Vograce is able to influence that, but the customer service helped me throughout the whole process and gave me all the information they had about the delivery status.

I'll definitely order again, but a lot sooner and with standard delivery instead.

Cards turned out great and Cassie was especially helpful with customizing the cards and ensuring they would arrive in a timely fashion.

I worked on a very urgent thesis project requiring gold foil and had been in previous contact with another manufacturing company, but they wasted much of my time and tried charging me additional costs while sending someone else's proof. With a very tight deadline after dropping them, I contacted Vograce for help.

The customer service agent I worked with, Vivi, was incredibly sweet and unbelievably helpful! Very quick with communication and solved my issues in a fraction of the time the previous company failed to, and the engineering team was very gracious given the circumstances and complexity of my request. My order came just in time and turned out absolutely lovely! I can't be more thankful for Vivi and Vograce's help, they saved the day and I had a wonderful showcase event with many compliments on the quality of the product. Couldn't recommend more!!

The prices are unbeatable and the stickers are good quality. Shipping took a little long, but it was reliable and everything arrived within the estimated time. I had a small printing issue with the clear stickers, but Cassie from customer support resolved it promptly and sent me a reprint at no extra cost. I must say the customer support is truly fantastic. I highly recommend this service to everyone!

I love ordering my products through Vograce, because they always turn out beautiful and are of such great quality! I recently placed a very big order for an event, and was very nervous about production and shipping. However my rep, Beira, was so incredibly helpful when it came to fine-tuning the proofs to make sure the products would turn out perfectly. She was very patient and reassuring when I had concerns, and made sure that when my order was shipped that it was smooth sailing. Everything arrived perfectly, and I had plenty of time to prepare for my event. I sold out of multiple items, and will be placing another order very soon! Initial order has been made quickly considering the labour day and vacation + artist alley season + did a small MOQ. In this initial order a product was defective, it was quickly handled and reshipped thanks to Cindy. The customer service was great and final merch is of great quality + here in time for the event.

I have yet to receive the actual order in as it just recently got approved and submitted for production (and I'll come back for another review once I get the test products in). However, I have been in communication with the customer service rep Cindy and they have been phenomenal so far with helping me change out some issues that I saw when the proof was sent to me for approval. Thanks a bunch!

I wanted to shout out Reese who was handling my most recent order. They got my proof to me right in the middle of their holiday weekend which I super appreciate.

When I realized that I had my timeline wrong for my event I requested to have what was completed of my order shipped asap and pay for extra shipping for the rest. Reese responded quickly and was able to discover my order was fully completed and it was on it’s way that morning (for my time zone lol)

When I had issues, Cindy helped me! The ordering process can be a bit confusing so I highly recommend sending your orders in as a PSD file with instructions linked to each design via adding specifications to the layer names. The customer service is 10/10, and compared to other brands I've worked with I have to say the charm quality with Vograce is top tier and worth the extra money. The charms are also stronger, with a way more durable acrylic than their competitors. This combined with a wider variety of customization makes it the choice for me!
