Very good customer service, fast delivery and nice quality. Eva is someone I work with a lot and I have always a good communication with her!

I have been a long customer to Vograce, Frank has been very helpful, prompt and patient. He is pretty careful with my requests and I appreciate that. Product quality is very important to my small business.

There are some I do not wish to name as they didn't get back to me promptly and shipped out my goods or kept having mistakes even though I gave them notes.

If you want lesser problems, I do recommend sadly to go in smaller design counts. High volume ok but just not crazy amount of designs at one go. It does help them to expedite your orders quicker.

Overall I still prefer Vograce. 🙏

I don’t even know where to start!

The customer service representative that helped me, Cindy, was absolutely lovely. She was very helpful and informative, and did her best to cater to my tight deadline. I appreciate her so much.

The glossy button pins? Absolutely stunning. The holographic effect was subtle but still visible, not too glaring. So I could see the art on it perfectly.

The business cards? Even better. They’re on the more affordable side from what I’ve seen but the quality is not to be doubted. The colours of my and my friends cards came out gorgeous. They’re matte, but feel very good in your hand. They don’t feel cheap at all!

Previously I’ve ordered keychains and prints with them. Their foil stamped prints are gorgeous as well! I’ve gotten holographic prints, matte prints, and keychains of various sizes. All times it was amazing.

If you’re a new Vograce user, you might be a little confused with the various instructions or dilemma’d with the choices. But just go with your artistic intuition, because you can’t go wrong with them :)

I’d absolutely recommend using Vograce as a supplier or just to make your small trinkets. If you give them time (they’ll tell you approximately how long for each item!), your items will turn out beautiful.

I placed an order for some custom dakimakuras with the Soft Plush fabric. the quality is amazing and they're super soft! The customer support is superb! thank you Una for the continuous updates and kind words. The shipping was way faster than advertised.

Una was a great point of contact to help my products to get made. Everything came in a timely manner and product quality was as expected. I will definitely use vograce again for my needs.

Winnie was so helpful! I had to swap the first image i uploaded for a different image, but it took a few tries for me to fix the file. Winnie was patient and kind through the whole process! Can't wait to order again.

Amazing products and customer service. This is my first time ordering from Vograce and am thoroughly impressed. I had a hard deadline on when I need order to arrive by and Frank was able to urge the production progress and change my shipping method for me so that it was able to arrive on time. The flexibility and understanding from the customer service was thoroughly appreciated!

I've ordered through vograce for my shop and event merchandise and I have to say I am consistently impressed. From the kindest customer service reps (Gia is an absolute legend for assisting me repeatedly and always finding the best solutions!) to amazing quality items.

In the small percentage of times where anything is wrong, they go above and beyond for me every time, and I'm always so grateful for it.

My orders tend to be quite heavy and time sensitive, so being able to rely on Vograce the way I do makes the whole experience so much less overwhelming.

Great website if you’re looking to start an online business or just make stuff for yourself and your friends. I’ve been using Vograce for years, mainly for keychains and acrylic pins but I’m looking to expand, and the fact they have a low MOQ is really helpful, because I can order one to see what it’s like before I order more. Their website is easy to navigate and manage and they have clear instructions and templates on how to make your products. I’ve recently put down another order for myself and a friend of mine, and hopefully to kickstart my online shop, and I had Frank to help me out with the process of proofing my work and correcting any mistakes. He’s been really amazing and patient, with speedy replies and got my work just how I wanted it! Overall love Vograce and recommend it to anyone looking to start off small and not wanting to spend a fortune on high MOQ with other companies. They might not have everything you’re looking for but they expand and bring out lots of new products as time goes on!
