I’m a digital artist and I sell my merch at various Comic-Cons. I’ve been ordering my merch from Vograce for quite some time now and I’ve always been more than satisfied with the products quality!
It usually takes some time for them to produce and ship the merch but last time I worked with a manufacturer called Matilde and gave them a really tight schedule since I really needed for my products to be shipped quickly for a convention. They managed to produce and ship everything as soon as possible and the package is getting here on time! I’m very satisfied.

I've been ordering from Vograce a few years now. I have worked with various agents, with most of whom I've had a pleasant experience. Communication is fast, direct and friendly. I've mostly good expereinces with their quality. In my most recent order I made some faults, my agent Selena, promptly and kindly helped me fix the small issues with my order. As it stands right now, I will be continuing to use Vograce as my main manufacturer for acrylic and vinyl products.

I was assisted by Cassie for placing and planning my order, and it was very smooth. The communication was quick, and the order was placed on the same day. I received my order well in time and the quality is super.

I ordered a more complicated item I had never tried before. The format was so confusing to me. Luckily, I had an angel! Lindsay has been the most helpful and patient rep I have ever had! Despite me going back and forth with her, constantly confused with a million questions, she always did everything she could to help me, and we finally figured it out!

Basically, my order would not have been possible without her. Cannot thank her enough! I’m so excited for my items!

My factory rep was Yanni this time and even though I gave a VERY tight deadline (less than 2 weeks) both her and the production staff worked super hard to accommodate me for my event's deadline without skimping on the quality of the merchandise! I'm so impressed by how above and beyond my rep went for me and I can't praise enough!!
