Dzień dobry,muszę napisać ,że zakupy w vitkac to sama przyjemność,nawet gdy miałam problem z płatnością zadzwoniłam i Pani Karolina wspaniała,przemiła osoba bez problemu we wszystkim mi pomogła ,kontakt jest na prawdę rewelacyjny,żeby zawsze i wszędzie tak było to zakupy by były wielką radochą,serdecznie polecam i pozdrawiam

Bardzo pomocna obsługa 🌸Temat szybko został rozwiązany.

Kontakt telefoniczny z Panem Jakubem z obsługi klienta od razu przyniósł efekty i załatwił problem w sprawie. Udało się uzyskać pomoc i rozwiązać konflikt w skomplikowanej sytuacji. Obsługa na 5 gwiazdek. Jedyny minus to kontakt mailowy na który musiałem czekać do momentu aż nie zadzwoniłem.

I recently made a purchase from Vitkac, but my package arrived incomplete. Two items I paid for (Adidas x Willy Chavarria pants and a Puma t-shirt) were completely missing from the box.

When I contacted their customer service, they simply claimed their "CCTV footage" showed the items were packed, completely washing their hands of any responsibility for theft or loss during transit. Under EU consumer law, the seller is fully responsible for the goods until they are physically delivered to the buyer. Instead of opening a proper investigation with the courier company for the stolen/lost items, their customer support just stopped replying to my emails and ghosted me.

It is completely unacceptable for a supposedly high-end boutique to treat customers this way and keep their money for items they never delivered. If your package is tampered with or items go missing in transit, Vitkac will not help you and you will lose your money. Avoid this store at all costs. I am now forced to escalate this to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).

Interestingly, after posting my original review, VITKAC suddenly reached out to me immediately. Unfortunately, the response did not offer any real solution. I replied explaining why their proposal was not acceptable, and since then: silence again.

This perfectly sums up my experience with VITKAC: communication only seems to happen when a negative review is posted, but when it comes to actually resolving the problem, there is no follow-up.

I have already explained the situation clearly and I am simply expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I am left waiting again with no response.

Again, do not order from VITKAC unless you are absolutely certain you will not need to return anything. If something goes wrong, don’t expect reliable customer service or a proper solution.

And one final, rather small but telling point: throughout this entire communication, they don’t even address me by my name. It may seem minor, but when you’re dealing with a customer issue, basic personal communication would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with VITKAC when trying to return my order.

I followed VITKAC’s return instructions and used the return details they provided. Despite this, the return shipment was refused and ended up sitting at a post office for almost two weeks.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the customer service.They initially responded to my emails, but after that, communication simply stopped and I received no further meaningful assistance.

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend only ordering from VITKAC if you are absolutely certain about the size and the items you want to keep. If something goes wrong or you need to make a return, you may have a very difficult time getting proper support.

Very disappointing experience, especially for a retailer selling high-end fashion.

I have purchased from Vitkac twice already with amazing experiences each time. This time, I ran into an issue with customs releasing my package and Mr. Matthew from Customer Service was SO helpful in getting my package to me. He was very communicative and really did his absolute best in ensuring my package got to me without further delay. My item came and it is beautiful, far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Mr. Matthew for your top notch customer service and a wonderful experience overall! Highly recommend Vitkac!

I am buying on Vitkac since 2023.
I like that often I can find my size of clothing, even during sales or if it's a popular product! I am very happy to shop here. My favorite jeans are from here, Alexander McQueen shoes, Gucci belt bag that I love etc.

My negative have to be related to shipping fees, even when I would do approximately 1000€ order, I still have to pay 20ish euro shipping fee. Order would sometimes take long to get processed and sent. Even tho wait is long it was never CANCELED which is very appreciated and professional, I had experienced in the past where it would take longer to get processed just to find out something got canceled which is terrible customer service and experience! Since it takes them bit longer to process, it could be because I was buying during the sales or maybe because of lack of people, it honestly don't even matter because everything would always come nicely packed so I won't take a star off because of it.

Wie immer perfekter Service. Der Sneaker war bei CETTIRE zwar 100 Euro billiger, aber ich habe trotzdem bei VITKAC bestellt. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Kommunikation nach der Bestellung, einwandfreie Ware und schnell versendet. Darüber hinaus wurde alles perfekt verpackt.
Habe leider bei der Bestellung die falsche Liederadresse angegeben. Dieses wurde problemlos geändert nach dem Emailkontakt mit dem Seviceteam. Das war meine dritte und bestimmt nicht letzte Bestellung.

Zamówiona bliza przyszła poplamiona. Zaproponowali mi zwrot i wysyłkę nowej za kolejne 25zl. Lub rekompensatę 14.9zl...

Order was cancelled without reason try to contact customer service and reply was as bad as the transaction. The answer was “Hello, the order was fulfilled” fulfilled where????? Your company needs to change your customer service otherwise will lose many customers

Bardzo miła obsługa klienta. Przesyłka wysyłana błyskawicznie, dodatkowo dzień po zakupie nastąpiła przecena butów i została mi zwrócona różnica.
Serdecznie polecam.
