They don't price match and beat - very dishonest
Provide a product to them and asked them to price match - met all their conditions. They chose not to honor them and took the item off their website literally one hour after I spoke with their retail store. Very dishonest and does not provide a genuine explanation.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received yesterday and again today. I purchased a smart watch from your store yesterday and the gentle man (Azeem) that serviced me was very polite and answered all my questions to the best of his ability. Unfortunately after trying to register it and get it working after purchasing, I couldn't get it to work at all. In the morning I called your store and Colin answered and was very helpful and actual helped me. He was very polite and helpful. I returned the item to the store, the male clerk who helped me, was able to help very quickly and get the situation corrected to the best of his ability (I didn't get his name). I will definitely return to your store again when I need to make another purchase.
It was nice to feel like I got great customer services while shopping. Keep up the good job.

My visit to your store 006 on Feb 06, 2023 was made very pleasant and comfortable with Emmanuel. My TV purchase was only for about $250 but he spent time answering all my questions and reinforced my decision, not trying to upsell me. He also explained your great 2 year warranty.
No customer service. What a horrible experience.
I purchased a cell phone screen saver. It was purchased on Dec 27th. I had it installed in the store. I went back on the 14th of Feb. I was told too bad. Not our problem. It is a slight inconvenience! The guy was a real a hole. Clearly they do not stand behind there products or service. There is 1 star because it is not an option to give 0 starts. Needless to say I will never purchase anything there again and will be very vocal about the experience. I am glad I purchased one with warranty, now I have to pay for the exchanged due to no customer service.

If there is 0 rating I would rate that. We bought a tv and received an email saying delivery would be 3 days after. Its been over a week and no one from the customer service is saying anything to us. I really do not even understand how they are still in business. It is the worst experience over my own money. Just save yourself stress and never buy with Visions they are terrible all around.
Ordering online is a disaster
Ordering online is a disaster. I received an email saying my product had shipped a week ago with a Canada Post tracking number. Go to Canada Post and the number does not exist. Contacted VE customer service and was told it was still in their warehouse waiting for Canada Post to pick up. I said I wanted to cancel the order then. They then said it was on a skid with Canada Post and it is not in the CP system because they don't scan anything until it gets to distribution where they will scan it. So basically, after a week no one knows where the product is and I can't get a straight answer from anyone at VE. I tried to shop with a Canadian company but with this bull, I'll stick to Amazon, where I would have already received the product.

Drove 30minutes home after purchasing and it didn’t fit, it was a 6x9 speaker after removing all panels,
Don’t buy from here , and don’t trust the incompetent management as they’re dysfunctional and just plain stupid
Poor customer service, unsatisfied warranty
I bought a Panasonic microwave oven in 2020 from Vision Electronics in Vaughan since Panasonic is a good name, plus 5-year extended warranty. The unit does not work, no power at all. I brought it back a week ago and was told it may take up to 6-8 weeks to fix it. What a ridiculous!
I understand the replacement part may not be available, and I should wait for a couple week. But at least they should be able to let me know if the unit WILL be fixed and when I will be called. They don't need more than one day to find out the problem. Or let me know I should buy another unit
Do I have to go the the neighbor to use their microwave, and after 6 week I have to buy a new one? Today I called and was told that I don't need a microwave and I should leave him alone.
I won't be using them again
I got the product. But their customer service is too poor. I made a mistake in the address and raised the ticket immediately after placing the order. It is almost one month, and the ticket still has not been attended to (1 out of 2), and the other ticket was closed without even providing a proper solution. I tried to call them, but the call kept getting disconnected and on hold forever.

I purchased a stand mixer plus 2 years warranty from Vision Electronics in Jan. 2023. Their website said you could do an ad match, but It turned out it didn't. Once I found there were some issues with my stand mixer, I requested for a return, their customer service was very very rude. He said, unprofessionally, it was my own fault without asking for any details. My warranty doesn't cover it. I am so mad with their post-customer service. I SWEAR this is my first time and my last time to get anything from this company

I have tried their phone support line numerous times and spent hours on hold, after providing a 10-15 minute hold estimate they hang up after 20 minutes ("Sorry, no agents are available. Please try later. Click.") I wish I had read these reviews prior to placing an order. These are crooks.
I ordered expedited shipping and paid handsomely for the 2 day delivery. I keep getting Purolator notices that labels have been created and then cancelled. Nothing happening. Have had to reschedule my electricians numerous times. This company is infuriating.

We bought TV not even 2 years got warranty as they recommended to us. TV suddenly not working. Husband trying to called visions many times and this is the guy said to him, "i am not a life advisor" holee buddy! We don't need your advise at all. You might need our advise just to let you know. Unfortunately we didn't get this person's name. We are only asking about our TV isn't working. What can you do to help us with this? We bought the warranty! So now, warranty is not guaranteed that we can use it. You need to assign a diligent and appropriate on that customer service. Customer service is freaking nothing on this company. Well go to that store and they will force you to buy their crap and theyre so willingly to help you. But if things went down, "Bye, see you later". :(

I ordered a Samsung M8 computer monitor which comes in three different colors. I ordered the blue color online through their website for in-store pickup. When I arrived, they brought it out to me and I asked the person to check the model # with my online order confirmation to make sure it was the same. They said it was the correct one, so I left. When I got home and opened up the box it was green. I called the store and they would do nothing for me except exchange it if I brought it back. I am 2 hours away from the store which is why I asked them to double-check. I couldn't make it back (nor would I want to). I ended up keeping the green one because they wouldn't do anything for me. Very unapologetic, and incompetent staff! I will never buy from this store again!

I bought an open box oled tv on Boxing Day. The salesman insisted that everything I needed was in the box. He gave me his cell number and told me if there were any problems or anything missing don’t hesitate to call. I didn’t hesitate and he never called me back. I was missing the template, screws and anchors. Thanks for nothing Happy (Burnaby store)

Visions Kelowna B.C. We went early Boxing Day next to no customers. Staff members looking miserable, looking like they don't want to be bothered helping. My wife asked a question about the size of a smart lightbulb, the man was just leaning on the counter not doing anything and instructed her to talk to someone else. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Visions. As we left my wife said she would never shop there again. 10 minutes later we were at Best Buy, friendly staff, even people from different departments trying to help and lots of customers. Guess where we will be shopping from now on
