It has been getting worse. Hopefully this improves otherwise many customers will leave and not come back.

they said they couldnt help us because we didnt have the packaging but here is the number for Danby support.
I do not recommend that you buy any appliance or electronics from this company.
Inflexible delivery options and frustrating customer service. Avoid online orders.
I recently placed an online order as a guest and regret the experience. Their freight delivery options for my area are incredibly restricted, offering only two days a week, making it impossible to coordinate delivery if you have a standard working schedule. When I reached out to customer service to cancel the order because of this conflict, the process was a complete headache. Their online support is unresponsive and incredibly frustrating to deal with. If you plan to buy from Visions, save yourself the logistical nightmare and only buy physically in-store. Avoid checking out online.

i mean they are great guys to deal with in store however..........i just purchased an s26 ultra a week ago, they had to order it from the warehouse....fine...so this warehouse is legit an hour away, so i figured itd be a day or two.....long story short NO its been over a week and now my 2000 dollar phone is just MIA between here and a city an hour away and the guys in store just say "it doesnt tell us anything sorry". I wouldnt say never buy here because they do give good deals and have decent things and customer service however if u ever buy something and it has to be ordered to the store from their distribution warehouse JUST DONT DO IT, youll be waiting a week+++ for something you couldve purchased on amazon and gotten the second day.

I took my vehicle to this Burnaby location in British Columbia to have rear speakers installed. Shortly after the installation, one of the speakers started rattling, so I brought the vehicle back expecting them to fix the issue.
Instead, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.
The installer, a white male employee, immediately became dismissive and insulting. Rather than addressing the issue properly, he started criticizing my vehicle, saying the noise was happening because I “have a cheap car.” While saying this, he tapped on my dashboard and compared it to his own “expensive car,” claiming even his speakers rattle.
That completely missed the point. I brought my vehicle in without these problems, and after their work, the problems started. I explained that it is unacceptable to pay a significant amount of money only to have your vehicle returned damaged or with new issues.
The staff at the front desk were no help either. After speaking with the installer, they simply came back and said “nothing can be done.” Even worse, after I complained about how I was being treated, they handed my keys right back to the same installer and expected me to let him continue working on my vehicle after his disrespectful and hostile behaviour.
As a coloured woman, the way I was spoken to and dismissed was discriminatory especially given the emphasis on me having a cheap car.
When I refused to let the same installer touch my vehicle again, they told me to take my vehicle elsewhere if I didn’t like it there.
That is exactly what I did.
I went to the Surrey location, where the staff were respectful, professional, and able to fix the issue properly.
Avoid this location at all costs!!

They offer a money back guarantee on warrantee purchases I specifically asked if they would notify me when the refund was due as after 4-5 years I would tend to forget about it. I was told they put it in the system and will notify me. I did NOT get notified and when I called about it they directed me to the website to request it back. On the site I needed to upload the original invoice and there is 90 day grace period that you have to request it back or you lose the rebate. I wasn't advised of this ether. It appears that they have this set up to sell warrantees hoping people will forget about it and they don't have to pay the rebate. A real lack of business integrity here.

Terrible service with the online store
Terrible service with the online store, my TV came damaged and they jump through hoops to make sure I can't even do an exchange... Never seen anything like it in my life. I reported the damage immediately upon receiving the TV but I Spent 2 weeks going back and forth sending photos and videos but they are still adamant that the damage was done by me. Customer is always wrong with this company.
They used a photo that I sent them with finger prints rubbing the damage to figure out what it is as proof that I'm the one that did it. Absolutely unbelievable
Messed up installation
I took my vehicle in to get a starter and dash cam installed. I live 2 hours out of the city.
First red flag was they forgot I was coming to drop my vehicle off that day and were scrambling to find someone to do the install.
I left my vehicle there for the week for them to work on at their convenience.
Came back a week later to pick up my vehicle and the dash cam doesn't work.
In the week they had it no one thought to properly test the installation.
I'm now stuck having to pay more gas money for another trip back into the city and all they can offer for retribution is half the installation price back.
Messed up the install, make me drive 8 hours for your services, then when I ask they refund the installation fee for the dash cam install, they say best we can do is half.
I will be telling everyone I know and anyone who will listen about my experience at Visions.
They are fraudsters
They are fraudsters. Under the pretense of getting me a TV before certain date and then after I purchased it they tell me they can't do anything about it.
But what do you expect for 100% commission . You're nothing but a dollar sign to them.

I did preorder an item to get it on the launch date and most competion store got it already and them nothing. This will be the last time I will be dealing with this company
Charged then cancelled after a month.
Just had an order cancelled after being charged a month ago. Could have bought the product elsewhere but assumed an order accepted was tied to some known inventory and not just speculation. Apparently they will take orders on things they cannot get, charge your card, hold onto your money, prevent you from buying it from a store that honestly displays its stock, and then refund you after you have given them a free loan for a month.

I bought a TP-link plug. It was not in stock and was told it should take a week to arrive. I called several times and actually visited the store once in the subsequent 4 months. Each time I was told someone would be in touch to provide an update, and this never happened. Finally called and was told the item was in stock. They had not let me know when it arrived. Very poor service.

Absolute bottom of the barrel customer service. I will not ever do business with these people again. Spending more than $2000 on a TV and trying to get in touch with them, and it's radio silence even the day AFTER it was SUPPOSED to have been delivered. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Bought new TV it didn't work no wifi they made us print off labels then wait 6 months and having tv fully inspected before issuing a new tv considering I payed for new got a 6month wait before I got my new tv they are pathetic highly not recommend buying anything
