Warranty scam !!!
Bought a tv less then a year ago with 2 year warranty ... tv turned off and never turned back on less then a year later ... first guy started helping me then the other guy tapped him on his shoulder and shook his head no ... they said i didnt register my warranty (i paid tho) luckily samsung is gonna come help me .... i have made alot of big purchases at this store and i will never buy anything there again also i will let all my friends and family know to avoid them !!! Horrible way to treat people that spend thousands of hard eramed $ every year

After sales of remote starter is less zero star.Rude audio staff at Saint James Winnipeg location.Gave me a run around for my remote starter that starts on its own even when car is plug.Lie after lie and apparently it’s fix now after holding unto my remote for almost an hour with out even knowing where my car is.1 staff said it’s programmed to do that by technician to start at certain temp. and can be reprogram but after almost an hour waiting audio dept. said that he “ convinced “ tech to reprogram remote but I told him my responsibility is to pay for remote/installation and their responsibility is to provide me a functional remote.Will not recommend this place for anything if this is how they treat their customers when they end up having issues with products/services they provide.

As I had discovered the TV I did buy was the wrong size, as well the one that was to be replaced, I got it working again, so did a repack exactly as what it looked like out of the box.

Three weeks ago I ordered a Nikon D850 camera from PoCo Visions. Today, December 16, I didn't receive the products I ordered. I went to the store to inquiry. Their manager Amirali apologized and treated me very well. He gave me two choices. He could call the warehouse right away or I can get refund. I decided to get my money back. He refunds me immediately.
I read some negative review about the refund from Visions before I went to store. I worried I would have some trouble to get refund. I testified today they will do things follow their policy.

I purchase my tv nov 28 and as of now (dec 15)no tracking on it in the email that they sent to me.i called almost everyday on their 1800 nos and no ones answering.spoke to their shipper or 3rd party and they said they will call and email me.but till now still unresolve! No date when is it coming!....i am just wishing that once the tv comes its all in good condition not just like the complaints that i seen on this reviews.
Visions does not stand behind extended warranty and…
Visions sells extended warranty and uses a 3rd party outfit to perform the warranty. i have been dealing with all the issues for the past 5 months and help from Visions is zero. they do not take any responsibility for the extended warranty nor the issues. finally the service company has determined that it cannot be repaired... and sent a report to Visions to replace it. Visions customer service will not respond, you are on hold for 15 minutes and the recording comes back and says "no customer agent is available now, please call back later and disconnects the call.( i have gone through this 4 times during business hours) great customer service Visions! you have set the bar so low its not easy to go even below. My advice do not purchase extended warranty from Visions just go to the manufacturer.
Horribly run customer service
I bought a powered subwoofer for our car. After six months it stopped working. Took it to Visions and was told it was under warranty. Four months later and six phone calls to the store I was just told it is sitting in the warehouse and hasn't been dealt with. Unbelievably poor service.

Purchased a TV from visions in March in Edmonton. As of Nov it no longer works. Won't turn on or off. Probably a blown power supply inside. Was told to contact a 3rd party to deal with it. Ok at least it's under warranty but don't you think as a business that you should send it to whoever needs to fix it from the store I bought it from? Looks like im doing your job for you visions. Looking for a TV or anything electronic? Literally look any place else. A van in the parking lot would give better customer service. Sad. Sad. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. I'll jump through the hoops and get this fixed but I'll never step foot in a visions store ever again..
Extended warranty is a SCAM
Well to start things off, We have spent well over 15000.00 over the past 8-10 years. All at the Airdrie store. We have purchased the extended warranty protection on a few items, of which were told that it was a money back warranty. B/S, it is not, don't let them tell you that. We had an invoice from 2017, that is now just past warranty, I contacted them to retrieve the extended warranty credit, which was not used. The value of the warranty credit is 489.00. I was informed they would NOT reimburse it, that we had to buy something of at least double the value, and also purchase another extended warranty to get the money back. This is absolute B/S. and actually is against the Alberta Retailers Act. Have been trying to contact the District Manager, who has been evading or ignoring phone calls. Buyer Beware, SCAM all the way. They will NEVER see another dime of my money.
Corporate Scamming
How can this company scam people with no renumeration??? I bought a tv which came with a 2 yr warranty. After a year and a half our tv had no picture. They would not honour their warranty because they said when I unsubscribed to their frequent email flyers that voided my warranty. This condition was not communicated to me either at the till or on my receipt. Now I'm out $$$$ after a year and a half!!! My husband believes they sold us a refurbished tv as new as a new tv should last at least 5-7 years but that can't be proven. Scammers.

I just bought a DJI Pocket 2 and need a micro SD card, and they sold me a card which is not compatible. Call the store back, and they told me the sale was final, and they already sold me under market price for pocket 2. Worst customer service and don't know anything about the product. I will never recommend anyone to the store and will not return back.
Not all retail branch is bad
Bought an expensive laptop here in St. James Winnipeg MB branch and Brad helped me out with my concerns. There was a delay with the item I ordered but the service compensated for the delay which you can’t get in any other store.

Too bad I can't give it a negative rating in the stars. Visions Langley purposefully delayed and avoided contacting the manufacturer of my TV for warranty repair or replacement. The manager Aman seemed to take particular delight in forcing the process to take 8 weeks whereas the manufacturer told me these cases are resolved within 5-7 days of getting contacted by the store. I lodged a complaint with the BBB and Visions got them to close it saying they did not have the invoice number. LIE!! They only need to enter my phone number on the computer and the invoice/reciept and all other information is there, I also sent them 2 times e-mailed pictures of my receipt. They LIE and cheat...never do business with these ....

I was on the Vision Electronics website and I saw they had a customer satisfaction guarantee WELL that is definitely not the case I experienced on Sunday September 11 at Visions Electronics in Vaughan. On July 12, 2022 I went into the store and spoke with a sales employee name Nasser he helped me pick out a gaming laptop for my son Birthday. During the sale I told him it was a gift for my son who was turning 7 on September 10. I was not informed about a 30 day policy nor was I informed about this 24hr broken item policy. So the honest, hardworking, trusting parent that I am purchased this laptop for $960 and gave it to my son on September 10 only to open it and realize the mouse pad was broken and the factory seal was ripped off. That tells me that the laptop was used and broken. So myself, wife and son bring the laptop back to Visions in Vaughan only to be told my management “there’s nothing we can do, it’s out of the 30 day policy” ARE YOU KIDDING ME VISIONS ELECTRONICS SOLD ME A FAULTY, BROKEN LAPTOP. Management then proceeds to update the laptop and tells me it is faulty and not working but there’s still nothing he can do bc I’m 2 weeks passed the 30 day warranty. If this isn’t insane customer service then I don’t know what is. My 7 year old son is heart broken I’m livid because I’ve been ripped off by what supposed to be a reputable company but instead is a black market company selling faulty, broken items for too $$$ then having 0 compassion or customer service skills at all. This won’t end here I will be taking Visions to small Claims court reporting this to my local tv network and making sure I get what I paid for. Your policy sucks so do your products. NEVER, EVER purchase anything at there store go to Best Buy or Costco where there products are genuine and there policy makes sense from a customers standpoint.
