Right after the tape extensions were applied I was so happy. The color was perfect from the photo I sent. I looked so great with hair! However after just 2 days it became matted even with my exquisite care. Now I have one large mat for hair. I comb it and it mats almost instantly. I ordered remover and this junk is coming off. If this was remy like advertised or virgin then this should not have happened. That’s either a lie or the cuticles are all going different directions.
I DO NOT recommend anything from this company.

Yes I waited. I waited for a pro to apply them. I live in a rural area without anyone trained to apply these. It took time. I kept them in sealed package. And I don’t care if I waited 1 day or one year these extensions are beyond horrible. I also asked when I bought them about returns and you informed me, no returns! So who cares about when I applied these. The fact is these are matting worse than any we have ever seen.

The best hair ever , i’ve been buying hair from this company for about three years now ,the hair is amazing quality is amazing the customer service is great , definitely worth the wait , Well deserved 5 out of 5

I’ve ordered hair from this company before and was not happy with the quality. It was very dry, frizzy and shedded a lot after the first week. I think it’s strange the company gets 1 bad review, and a few weeks later gets a 5 star.. The quality of this hair is just not worth the money. Look how many 1 star review this company gets before you order.

UPDATE : I have not purchased hair since October 2017, because it was bad quality hair. All of the 1 star reviews say the same EXACT problems I had. Everything I said about the hair is 100% true.

Absolutely amazing service from the ladies working/managing Virgin hair and beauty !! I would have given it 100 stars if I could! Quality of hair and colour matching beyond perfect! They went above and beyond to get my hair sorted within 1 day before attending the wedding.

UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM

I've been buying nano tip Russian hair from Virgin Hair & Beauty for 3 yrs now and I've noticed the quality of the hair has gone down and the price has gone up.

The last order I received in March 2018 and had installed the end of July 2018, the nano tips were way too tiny (manufacture defect) and my hair dresser had a hard time installing them, then they kept falling out. I msgd the company, they asked for a picture. I sent the picture and they only offered me 30% off my next order code. I asked for 50% off and they refused to honor that.

Then after a month on having them installed, the hair is frizzy and tangly so I reached out again, they said there was nothing they could do and that the 30% code is still active for me to use. The hair usually lasts me 6 months before I need a new set.

I WAS CONTACTED BY VIRGIN HAIR AND BEAUTY LAST WEEK ASKING ME TO REMOVE THIS BAD REVIEW AND ITS AFFECTING THEIR BUSINESS. THEY SAID IF I DIDNT THEY WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO USE THE 30% OFF CODE I WAS GIVEN “AS GOODWILL” UNLESS I REMOVED THE NEGATIVE REVIEW.

I INTURN REPLIED TO THEM AND SAID THAT I WROTE AN HONEST REVIEW AFTER BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR A COUPLE YEARS NOW. I ASKED FOR THE ORDER THAT WAS DEFECTIVE WITH TINY NANO RINGS REPLACED, THAT WAS THE ONLY WAY I WOULD REMOVE THIS REVIEW.

THEY CONTINUED TO SEND ME EMAILS TELLING ME THEY WILL NO LONGER ALLOW ME TO ORDER FROM THEIR COMPANY.

CLEARLY THIS ISNT A COMPANY THAT CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN KNOWING THEY SENT OUT A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. OFFERING ME 30% OFF MY NEXT ORDER WHEN THE ORDER I PLACED WAS ALMOST $300?

***IF YOU LOOK AT THE EMAIL THEY COPY AND PASTED FROM ME IN THEIR REPLY, I EMAILED THEM IN JULY AFTER I HAD THE EXTENSIONS INSTALLED, NOT IN SEPTEMBER LIKE THEY CONTINUE TO SAY. THE HAIR WAS INSTALLED IN JULY AND WHEN I WENT TO MY HAIRDRESSER IN JULY SHE NOTICED THE TIPS WERE TOO SMALL. I DIDNT NOTICE BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE A CLUE HOW LONG THEY SHOULD BE AND AS SOON AS I WAS TOLD THEY WERE TOO SMALL I CONTACTED THEM ABOUT THE ISSUE.

THE HAIR SHOULDNT OF EVEN BEEN SENT OUT TO ME WITH THE TIPS THAT TINY.

THEN AFTER WASHING THE HAIR, A COUPLE WEEKS LATER, THE HAIR TURNED VERY DRY AND TANGLED. I AGAIN REACHED OUT TO THEM ABOUT THAT, AGAIN THEY WERENT HELPFUL.

I WISH I WAS ABLE TO POST PICTURES OF THE TINY TIPS ON THE NANO RINGS I WAS SENT TO SHOW IT WAS CLEARLY A DEFECT. SEEING THAT THE COMPANY ONLY HAS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY AND IT TAKES ABOUT 14 DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO EVEN SHIP IS RIDICULOUS.



I guess I'll have to find another supplier because not only has the hair quality gone down and the price gone up but the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this company.

Best quality hair! I’ve been using Virgin hair and beauty for over 4 years now and won’t go anywhere else. They do custom orders and are always happy to cater to your specific needs which no other company is really willing to do. Good quality hair that lasts and is thick from top to bottom! Custom orders do take a little longer as they make from scratch so allow time with ordering and receiving your hair. Great company, easy to deal with, excellent quality hair wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Horrifically dishonest company. I ordered custom double drawn hair to be delivered in time for a photo shoot. I received single drawn poor quality hair which was much darker than mine (despite actually going to the office to be colour matched) the day before the shoot. The owner agreed to refund me, but when the parcel arrived back she sent it back unopened and refused to accept the return - the reason given was that I did not put the return tracking number on the Paypal case (so basically she was looking for any spurious reason she could find to try to weasel her way out of what she had promised). She has acted in a hugely unprofessional way and is in breach of the Consumer goods act - she was super nice until she got my money, but after there was an issue she completely changed her tune and became beyond unreasonable.

I had read the awful reviews of this company but had decided to give them a chance because I was in a time crunch and needed extensions for an important photo shoot - DO NOT make the same mistake I did. I’m now having to take legal action to recover my £500 because the owner will not honour her promise :(

My extensions arrived and when they were put into my hair they felt great I was so so happy, then I’ve washed them and styled them and they feel like horse hair I have worn extensions so many time and none I repeat none have never felt like this! Very very disappointed as I have spent £200 on these and will have to go and buy more. Seriously if people are thinking of buying of this company I would strongly advise not to!!

I ordered my custom European balayage hair from VH&B, although was rather reluctant due to some of the "bad reviews" I have read.
I have used many suppliers and have come across some shocking hair trust me! But equally I have also bought from certain suppliers and have been amazed at the quality of hair.
My reason from breaking away for my favourite supplier was the didn't quite do the colour I wanted, that's where VH&B came in..
Their customer service was great and were very helpful in helping my pick the exact requirements.
I am happy with the quality and would buy from them again.
The only reason for not giving the 5 stars is because I find the tape is more visible due to the shinyness (if that's even a word)
I have never come across tapes with that effect and I found re~taping one that had came out IMPOSSIBLE and the whole thing just fell apart in my hand while trying to retape- I know that VH&B offer retaling for a price but this is always something i have done myself and didn't want to have to spent the more money as the hair itself cost me ALOT!!

Like I said before I will still purchase from VH&B regardless of the tape because I like the hair.. and it's hard to find and trust hair suppliers these days!!

If VH&B made that one change to their tapes then I'm pretty sure I'd be using VH&B as my main supplier .

I had a good experience with Virgin Hair. I have fine European hair and I ordered the Russian hair, double drawn; it matched my hair type perfectly and I'm very happy with it.

I had a few questions and wanted to make sure the hair arrived on time for a special event i was attending; they always responding very promptly, and went the extra mile to get my order in even though it was their yearly holliday.

My hair is red, and it's impossible to find the right extensions anywhere, so I ordered their light brown hair and colored it myself; matches my own hair perfectly and the extensions have been holding the color really well. I've had them in 2 months now, and just refresh each month, which is normal for red. I should mention I had "Indian hair" previously from elsewhere and it was incapable of holding the red color longer than 2 washes. So the Russian hair is phenomenonal when it comes to keeping in the color.

One thing I would advise against is paying extra for the double drawn hait because it was not properly drawn in my opinion. Double drawn means hair at the end if the pony tail is supposed to be as thick as hair at the top and it was not. So a bit of a disappointment there but otherwise quite happy, thanks!

This is by far the worst quality hair I've ever bought! I've been wearing extensions for years so I've tried many different companies and many different price ranges. This is the most expensive hair I've ever bought, the price was £437.99 for 100 grams of hair. I have very fine and soft textured hair so I wanted something similar and I found this company selling superior virgin russian hair, which is supposed to be the best hair on the marked for people with my hair texture. I was thinking that I could pay a bit more than I usually do to get hair extensions of very good quality, it says on their web-site that the hair will last 1.5-2 years +.

Well it took a bit over a month before I got the hair, and when I opened the package I got SO disappointed! The hair felt like it belonged to a horse, it was completely matt and the ends of the hair was so damaged that it started curling up and breaking off when I touched it. I immediatly sent them an e-mail explaining what the hair felt/looked like and said that I wanted to send it back and get a refund. They wrote me back telling me that I had to send them pictures of the hair and that they would get back to me within 48 hours. Well I sent them pictures of the hair and I never heard from them again.

Because I bought the hair for a special occation and I ordered it a long time in advance spesiffically to have it by the date I needed it to, I had to get it installed since I also didnt hear from them again. Well the hair is awful, it's shedding like crazy and it seriosly feels like it belongs to a horse! I've had russian hair before and it definetly feels so different from this! I'm extremly disappointed, and I will NEVER buy from this company again! I dont understand how they can have the nerves to charge people that much for such awful hair!

I bought them year ago and hair was horrible. After 1 week time its started shedding and dangling and even color changed. Hair was very dry and color changed within 1 week. Worst quality of hair what i ever had. Stay away , this is not real hair for sure.
