Worst experience I have ever had in all the years I have been buying hair!
After taking months longer than agreed. I spoke to them, I was told 3 different lies about how they had sent my order. The tracking info I was given never left China. Also states they are a UK based company, which is why I used. Yet the tracking info said it was coming from China.
They agreed to partially refund as I now do not need the items after buying from elsewhere, because they were taking too long. Never received refund, constantly told lies about where it is.
Nearly £400 worth of items never received!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting.

Further to the story the year have passed since my purchase and as I returned the product many months ago to this day I received no refund even though I was constantly assured that the refund was made. Recently I got the confirmation from PayPal whether the transaction took place and guess what - it never happened!

This people are thieves and I'm about to report them further as this is getting on my nerves now. Sending e-mails is pointless as they choose to ignore them even though I found out the truth after so many months being lied to. Now you have a clear picture how they treat customers. Don't be fooled and stay away!

This is my second time ORDERING from this company. The hair is ok for the price. I ordered my hair in August and it is just 4 days until October and still have not received my hair!!! The shipping time is unacceptable!!!! They have ignored my emails!!! I will not order from this company again.

Waited a month for this, that can only be described as DOLLS SYNTHETIC HAIR 🤬.
I ordered EUROPEAN VIRGIN DOUBLE DRAWN BALAYAGE hair , it took a MONTH to arrive - countless emails , rude customer service - admittance that the hair is from Hong Kong oh and it’s states they don’t do refunds - well there’s such thing as trading standards for goods that are not as advertised !!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY LINING THE POCKETS OF THESE RIP OFF COMPANIES ❌

Received my tape in extensions a little later than expected due to COVID which is no problem at all but when enquiring on the website via the online chat I found the service to be rude and unhelpful. I’ve been wearing my extensions for around 5 weeks now and followed all the aftercare instructions, used the oils on them religiously, washed, dried and slept with them as recommended and the hair is so dry, brittle and mattes is horrendously at the base of my neck after literally minutes after brushing. I have been so so careful with them and given them all the correct treatment however they are now just snapping and tangling so easy they aren’t worth using. A waste of money in my opinion if this is the quality they are usually providing and not a one off bad batch which I realise can happen. For the price paid these are not at all worth it.

I Just came back from holiday and collect the hair and ponytail,I paid 20£ for option 2-3 days delivery and received the hair after 1 month. I ordered 22" russian double drawn virgin hair, natural Brown color, the hair is absoluteley not double drawan, and the pony tail is very poor quality, the ends are dammaged, and not enough to cover my natural hair. The delivery came from China. Don't buy hair from this fake website its only waste time and money. I am hairdresser and I can say that the same quality you can buy everywhere for 80-90£.

still no refund. 3 months nearly! No goods. They always say goods coming in 2 days. I've escalated to PayPal and debt collectors. This feels like a scam company.

This is the first time I have purchased my hair from Virgin Hair and Beauty and i am blown away!

I have been using extensions on and off for 15 years. I have always paid for good quality hair and worn some great extensions.

With that in mind the perfect colouring and gorgeous hair quality is the best I have seen.

I had one or two problems with my order which were no fault of Virgin hair and beauty and they went over and above all reasonable expectations to help me rectify them.

I am now a customer for life!

I ordered some ‘quick shipping’ extensions ten days ago... It should take 2-3 working days according to the website and to the online chat I confirmed with before buying. After 5 days of waiting just for a tracking number I emailed them, called them and talked to them on the online chat. In the end they gave me some tracking number which didn’t work at all on the UBXpress website or on DPD which they said were the companies being used. They said it needs to be updated by the companies but not to worry as my hair had been posted the day after I ordered it. How can a company have no updated tracking number if it’s already been posted??! They told me to wait a few days for it to update...so I waited and Of course nothing!
So I contacted both the shipping companies and Virgin hair again! The shipping company had not heard of the package at all...but Virgin hair claimed that it had left Hong Kong the day after I bought it. I had bought Virgin Russian hair, so don’t really know why it was in China?? Perhaps that’s where they dye it, but then there’s no way it would have taken only 2-3 days to ship to Europe...
After not hearing anything from either company after that, I’m still £190 out of pocket, and I have asked Virgin now for a refund three times and they keep saying they are looking for the package....
No hair, no refund, still waiting!!

I ordered hair extensions on 21st December, when i finally did received them in January they were the wrong colour, a dark brown that doesn't even appear on their website, when my hair was a few shades lighter.(and this is after sending pictures to ask for recommendations). I send them back and also sent them better sunlit pictures of my hair as they requested, for a colour match. After numerous attempts to follow up i was finally sent new hair extensions except this time instead of a brown i received dark red extensions that doesn't match my hair in any way. Once again had to follow up several times as i kept getting ignored (that 24-48 hour response time is a LIE) and then finally i was told to just dye them to match my hair colour. Why should i have to pay additional money to fix their mistake when the reason i bought my hair extensions here in the first place was for their apparent "high quality hair and colour match". Also i cannot dye dark red hair to become a lighter brown without bleaching and damaging it. They won't refund me, they wont accept the hair they sent back, the customer service is appalling. I was told i'm claiming its bad because "i'm not getting my way" well excuse me if i expect to pay £220 and actually receive what i ordered instead of being sent cheap low quality and badly dyed hair extensions in colours that don't even match the colours offered on the website and yet after 3 months of following up i'm still out the money and have nothing to show for it. When i pay for something i expect to get what i paid for especially if its "custom made".

I previously bought and did my hair with LVH expecting to feel amazing having had spent a lot.
My hair was awful ! Shredding almost instantly split ends it looked super tacky. I had got it done a few days before my bday and was so upset on the day.
The hairdresser did a very basic job lovely woman but would never pay that much for a service to leave feeling basic. My tracks were showing the hair wasn’t blended in I was angry.
I complained and was told my hair was sent from a bad batch and would be replaced and as of yet not received an order for their mistake.
I don’t expect to pay hard earned cash to get bad hair.
I wouldn’t bother again it’s not always true what they say. “You get what you pay for” I wish I had in this case.

HORRIBLE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM! THEIR HAIR ARE HIGH PROCESSED AND AFTER ONE WASH GOING MITTEN AND JUST AWFUL! FIRST DAY SAID I CAN RETURN COLOUR RING BACK FOR REFUND AND WHEN I ASK WHERE IS MY MONEY THEY SAID NO REFUND FOR HAIR PIECES AND COLOUR RING! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Read all reviews and you do not want to but anything form this company. You will get cheap bulkhair instead of russian hair. Cheap quality and very unplesant reactions from the people begint the seen. The will not accept returns and give money back.

Worst company ever, ordered extensions on the 28th December, STILL have not recieved anything. Regardless of the 10/11 emails, phone calls- Nobody seems to get back to me. They emailed me once telling me they will ship it out on the 8th and tracking info would be with me on that day. NOTHING. Recieved an email on the 12th Jan saying an order is on its way with no tracking available. Countless emails I have been sending to the CORRECT email address but NO response. Worst company ever, DO NOT order from them. Stay away. Customer service is disgusting

The service is great, I buy hair and beauty products globally, and VHB are by far the best, responsive, honest team. They go the extra mile to ensure you receive your products on time. I’m based in Dubai and they still make it on time.

This is the best hair available, I’ve tried lots of hair Extensions companies and really the quality of virgin Hair And Beauty cannot be denied. They care about the hair they sell and yes you have to wait for delivery. They’re reasonable will fix issues on your order if they arise. Take a look at Beauty Works Reviews if you think this is bad!

I have been a client at VH&B for 4 years and all I can say is that the hair quality is amazing. I order from the balayage range which gets coloured exact to my specifications. No other company on the market offers such an excellent personalised service, high-quality hair and fair prices.
I think the negative reviews are very unfair. I urge you to order from VH&B, they offer a live chat and in-depth consultations to find/ create your perfect hair. I will never order from anywhere else!

I'm a professional hair extensions specialist and been applying hair extensions for few years now. I use various suppliers, however I had one client with very short hair and she needed only 12inch, many suppliers do not offer such lengths, therefore I had to go with someone else so I came accross Virgin Hair & Beauty with a first time buy, even ordered their colour chart as they had variety of colours which other suppliers do not offer, so I was impressed. However, I was aware there are no returns but ordered hair hoping with it is high quality as stated, especially ordering Russian hair which is meant to be one of the highest qualities of hair (better than Indian) Indian would be deluxe range that I offer and Russian as luxury. First time I've seen the hair, it felt nice and you can definitely notice the difference between Indian hair. However i tips were so long, uneven, some very thin, some very thick, some very hard that I couldn't put place it on client's hair as it would be unconfortable for her to wear, so adding hair into a bead I had to put less or more to suit i tips. After applying the hair I had to cut about 2 inches as hair lengths was so uneven, thank God I've ordered 14inch instead of 12inch. Usually, I would always cut the ends but not as much. So, after few days client was complaining about i tips and hair getting tangled all the time where she couldnt even brush it at the ends, which is a shocker as I never had any such complaints before, only synthetic hair would tangle and be a mess, so client has cut her hair even shorter as she couldn't live with her bad ends becoming like a tangled ball all the time. Also, I'll have to cut i tips shorter to her own comfort but that's an extra time for me and I can't charge her because of it. Fingers crossed she won't add bad review about my company as I only has good reviews all the time. I brought this up to Virgin Hair & Beauty but no response. So if hair will go bad again I'll have to basically order a new set from my own supplier, not charge my client, loss of time and money because the company won't do anything about it or take any responsibility, very dissapointing. I'll never order again, I offer clients only highest quality of hair extensions, even Indian hair from our deluxe range is far far better than what I have received.
