Since meeting Chris after a recommendation I’ve been feeling better every week! Right from my very first session.
Curing my anger and dark thoughts with hypnotherapy now I appreciate the little things in life more and the daily bumps in the road are not a problem no more.
Chris is very genuine and a great listener. I felt very comfortable and relaxed at all times sharing my experiences with him.

Well what can i say from finding viking hypnotherapy by accident and feelung the way i did, confused, anxious, streesed I read the reviews and thought i need to go see this man, rang and spoke to chris Within 5mins was telling him all my troubles, he made me feel calm, , and that was just on the phone Saw him a week later and wow did he make me feel emotionally stronger , a skip in my step and happy and positive I am definatley going back to see him , anyone that is just feeling lost with emotions This is the guy for you i cannott recommend him enough wonderful human being

I went for hypnotherapy session due to my fear of flying. Chris made me feel at ease and the whole experience is very relaxing and calming. I feel more at peace with the thought of my future flights and the thinking about flying definitely feels less like a anxious experience now.

I use Chris all of the time via his YouTube channel, Vikinghtv, and it really helps me to relax. I've been using it since January so its been over a number of occasions.

I'd like to thank Chris from the bottom of my heart, I've got my life back from years of being isolated. Post Covid I developed terrible anxiety and I've literally been locked away with my mental health. Chris has been there every step of the way, even meeting me from my taxi to take me into my office on my 1st session. My old feelings of anxiety are gone, my confidence has had a 180 turn around. Chris also supported me with walking therapy, reintroducing me to places so that it wasn't too much to handle. I'm no longer scared of crowds any more and have since booked a holiday abroad. I visited Chris for a session to stop smoking, to be honest I wasn't sure it would work but felt it was something to try as nothing else had worked in the past. Chris was great throughout, very professional but more importantly very welcoming, create a relaxed environment. Over two weeks on and I haven't smoked. It's not been easy but because of the session with Chris i have been able to stay off them. I'm currently going through the 66 day plan and have a 'top up' session with Chris booked. Compared to how I felt going in, I am very confident that I will continue to stay away from smoking. Thank you Chris!!!

I recently visited Chris at Viking Hypnotherapy due to a long-term fear of flying. He put me at ease straight away, had a detailed but very relaxed chat with me to really get to know me and understand my fear and explained to me how hypnosis works. The actual hypnosis was a hugely relaxing experience and after it, Chris once again had a chat with me and offered advice for the future.
