I had previously visited Chris for help with stress and anxiety which after hypnotherapy was a great success.I have been back to Viking hypnotherapy lately for help with interview techniques as I wish to change my career.Chris has been fantastic coaching me and sharing his vast knowledge then building a program for me to follow.This has helped me be confident and thorough when attending interviews.I have even had a personal audio recorded for me which has been an invaluable tool in helping me move forward to change my career.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris last year after we met by chance at the gym. From the very beginning, I found Chris to be incredibly easy to talk to, and I felt completely at ease. Our conversations flowed naturally, as we discussed both the areas I wanted to focus on and shared personal stories—it felt like catching up with an old friend.
In addition to addressing my fibromyalgia, we also worked on a few other issues during our sessions. After the very first session, I noticed immediate positive changes and made sure to note them down. Chris also provided a link to a hypnotism session for me to listen to each night, which was a great tool between sessions and something I still occasionally use as a "top-up."

Chris is very easy to talk and very engaging, really puts you at ease when discussing the problems you wish to overcome and helps build a solution. I had bladder issues but knew it was mostly psychological, the hypnotherapy helped reprogram my mind so to speak and today I’m a lot more relaxed and in control of my situation.

I was at my lowest ebb when my wife recommended getting in touch with Chris at Viking Hypnotherapy.

I had gambled with my life for more than 5 years, having a failed new start every few months. The cycle I was in seemed impossible to escape and up until March it was only heading one way.

The lies, stress and deceit were killing me from the inside, with the misguided hope of one more big win making everything alright being too much to stop me from walking away. Looking back even just a few months down the road that thought seems crazy.

I was lying to my wife, my friends and my family. And doing things I was ashamed of to feed what I knew was, but could not control, a shameful and awful habit. Chris helped me see that was all it was. A habit formed and fed on negative feelings that could be switched off just as easily as it was switched on those years ago.

Unlike GA and other recovery programmes I had tried, Viking Hypnotherapy showed me that I could quit without dedicating my life to being someone in 'recovery' and having to be reminded each day of something I didn't want to be. This was and is a brand new start. Without having to remind myself of the things I had done which were only contributing to my addiction.

In the 3 months since I started the course, I have not gambled once, infact I actively look the other way from things like scratchcards when I fill up petrol which had crept in alongside the visits to the bookies. I have completely got my s h i t together around the house and started exercising again for the first time in years - all that wasted time and energy does more than drain your bank balance. I have done so well at work that I have been given a promotion (for anonymity I won't say my profession but there was no harder test) and I have been present and living my life again in what seems like an age.

There is simply no denying the results, my wife even messaged Chris after my first 2 weeks to thank him for the change he had made to my family's lives.

Whether it is trauma, financial trouble, bereavement, depression - whatever has led you to your addiction, it doesn't matter. Chris will reset you and give you your peace of mind back and I am living proof of that.

I won't talk about the process as this is personal to everyone, but what I will say is that Chris is probably the most easy to talk to guy you could meet and just a straight up sound bloke. He makes you feel completely at ease and validated my past trauma in a way that talking therapy etc has never done.

It is a commitment but not a slog. If you are worried about the money, it is an investment. The amount of money I was throwing away, alongside my self respect, relationships and health, this pays for it tenfold.

If you are stuck in a self sabotaging cycle with gambling or any other addiction, I can't recommend this enough. Viking Hypnotherapy literally saved my life. And not only that, it has visibly improved my life in the space of 3 months. I am now only positive about the future instead of feeling constantly anxious and looking over my shoulder. Completed one of Chris’ 66 day blueprints recently with a couple issues I was having. Fully overcome them and couldn’t recommend him enough. Life has changed for the better.

I've had problems with anxiety on and off for a number of years, and have explored various therapies with limited success. However, I can safely say that both the session I had with Chris, and following his blue print to overcome anxiety have been brilliant.

The way in which he is able to connect directly with the root of the issue, and the gentle way in which he does it, is so effective.

What a wonderful experience, I am new person. The level of anxiety I suffered from driving was extreme, causing dizziness. I am one week into therapy and my whole outlook on driving has changed.
I now drive feeling confident and relaxed.
