Viking Electrical Contractors Ltd Anmeldelser

Good communication prior to the start of the job - everything happened exactly when Nairn said it would. Solar installation completed in 1 day - and what a day , it rained heavily all day so the guys on the roof were soaked.
Required paperwork, warranties, insurance etc all explained on completion and handed over in a pack .
Everyone worked so hard and never stopped all day. Nairn and the team were all very friendly and a joy to have around .
An amazing experience all round and I would highly recommend Viking Electrical contractors

Professional, great service, very tidy, very respectful and very kind .
Nairn and his crew installed solar panels , battery ,installed extractors and storage heaters in the house . What a great experience these guys are the good ones ,I highly recommend them . Even after the work done I contacted Nairn for some different electrical work he was very happy to help .thank you so much guys .

Very professional, great value, I couldn’t rate them highly enough!

I have been dealing with Viking electrical for about a year now and never had any faults with them.
They are a group of professionals that know what they’re doing and are happy to help their customers out.
There customer service is 10/10 always a positive attitude and a happy welcome from them all.

What you can expect from Nairn & Chris are guys who understand customer service and strive to do their very best to deliver what the customer has asked for at a competitive price.

I found Nairn and Chris to be courteous, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and quick to respond to calls and messages.

I wanted a Solaredge PV and battery install which integrated into my pre-existing Solaredge PV system. We hit a few technical snags with this but the guys persisted with escalating this to Solaredge and the issues were eventually resolved by the Solaredge team.

Big thanks to Nairn & team for installing pest guards on my pre-existing PV array. Also thanks to Mark for relocating a few dodgy roof tiles I had, much appreciated.

I have known Viking Electrical for approx. 12 months, and during that time I have used them for an 11-panel solar installation with inverter and battery storage.

There is always a concern when using a firm for the first time, such as was the case for the aforementioned solar install. However, given that Nairn’s firm was the only one of four to respond to my query for a quote, it wasn’t a case of shopping around.

And am I glad that was the case? He made an appointment the same afternoon the enquiry was sent, and turned up within 2 days for a site visit, and a chat with us about what could be achieved.

There was no hard selling, no finance packages on offer, and no calling a senior manager for a better quote. We were given a price with no extras stuck on top.

Nairn organised the scaffolding which was installed over a morning, and when he found we needed some new tiles, he arranged to have his tiler replace them for us.

The system was installed within two days, operational and generating power for us. Nairn also took to ensuring we had all the necessary paperwork for exporting to the grid. It’s a family firm, and it was lovely to see both his son and daughter actively involved. From start to finish, it was a competent, professional and quality install at an excellent price point.

Given he had done such a sterling job, he was then employed to install a new fuse board and bring our ageing electrics up to code. Since then he has been employed to install driveway lamp standards, ceiling lighting at my son’s flat in addition to extra power points and lighting in cupboards etc.

No job is too small or cumbersome, and he turns up exactly when he says he will – a remarkable achievement for tradesmen these days.

I can honestly say I no longer shop for quotes. If it is in any way electricity related then Nairn gets the call.

I have no hesitation in recommending him and his staff who are above reproach.

We had a solar panel system installed, and the guys did a brilliant job - it all went so smoothly, and no complaints at all. I'd certainly recommend them to anyone needing similar work done.

From first contact to the end of the job Nairn and his crew worked tirelessly to deliver the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. They arrived on site on time and had scaffolding erected before lunch. Following an inspection of my roof several loose slates, it's 70 years old, were identified and Nairn arranged for his roofer to carry out remedial work for me to ensure the roof was sound before installation. the installation of the solar panels, inverter and battery all followed in quick succession, and after a long second day the system was up and running. Over the next few days Nairn was available to respond to my queries as he ensured my new MPAN was allocated and my connection to my Octopus Energy smart tariff was set up correctly. All in all a very positive experience with this company. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We used Viking for a recent re-wire of an apartment. They were extremely helpful, professional & fairly priced.
They also responded quickly when I asked them to pop back to do a small job which I feel other contractors may not have done.

I was very pleased with Nairn’s work - we had solar panels fitted. He and his team were polite, tidy, helpful, friendly and accommodating.
They were flexible with when they could come, not demanding and a pleasure to have in the house as they respected my belongings/carpets!
Made sure my kittens didn’t escape too!!

Nairn and his son Ollie attended our flat to install a new consumer unit. Both professional and kept us in the loop with the work going on as I work from home. It's great to see a family business and from the laughs they have together its clear to see it works. Will 110% use them again in the future.

Fantastic service from Nairn. Turned up when he said he would. Fixed the problem quickly with no mess. Would 100% recommend.

Prompt, efficient service from start to finish - from quote (for installing renewables and providing a supply to an outbuilding), through answering questions and agreeing date to attend property, to completion and after sales support. Cannot fault the team

Have been using the Viking team for many years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Outstanding quality of workmanship and excellent value for money from a team of genuine people you can trust.

The company is an energetic reliable and ethical business. Its success is built on years of experience and the company provides a high standard from start to finish on the installation.

Fantastic service - fitted solar panels at competitive price and saved me a fortune!
Couldn’t recommend Nairn enough, and will get him back for other work.

I initially hired Nairn and his team to do some rewiring a few years ago. I have used Viking for all my projects since. They always provide a fast and efficient service and tidy up after themselves, rare for the trades! I have and would continue to recommend Viking!

I have contracted Nairn on four separate occasions for jobs of various sizes. The first was a fuse box/kitchen re-wire, then a garage re-wire followed by putting up external lights and finally fitting a new fuse box to my second property in order to bring it up to code.

I found him to be hardworking and sensibly priced. I was also impressed with the commitment he had to his apprentices who were given clear direction on what to do as well as his follow up on the work they carried out.

He is polite and punctual, and he is unperturbed by any household pets you might have.

Viking electrical really helped us when we got into a situation with our extension. They do great work, very helpful and most importantly honest. Will be using again in the future
