Homemaster Relocations Ltd Anmeldelser

We would totally recommend this company. They conducted our relocation in Shropshire so professionally. Then continued to store some furniture and household goods for a considerable time.
Communication with Daniel is instant and the company gives a feeling of “care”. Unusual in today’s world.

We recently used HomeMasters Removals for our house move, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The whole team was professional, efficient and friendly throughout the process.
We genuinely could not believe how quickly they loaded the van and then unloaded everything at the other end. They worked incredibly hard while still taking great care of our belongings.
Our move was made even more stressful by multiple delays in the chain, but Dan was incredibly patient and always did his best to make things work. His communication and flexibility were outstanding and really helped take some of the pressure off.
We would 100% recommend HomeMasters Removals to anyone looking for a reliable removal company and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you, Dan and the team, for making our move so much easier!

I can’t recommend Dan and his team at Homemaster enough.
Firstly Dan advised and supported me through making decisions that made my move so much easier.
He was flexible and worked around changing exchange and completion dates constantly.
The team arrived both times bearing in mind I had 2 moves and were wonderful each time.
They showed patience, respect and true professionalism at all times.
They really are a credit to Dan who leads by example.
Thank you so much to you all .

This is an exceptional company
Homemaster have moved us several times over the years.
Each time their care, their expertise, professionalism, has been outstanding.
Going the extra mile cones naturally
We have no hesitation in recconending them.

We had a stressful move, with uncertain move dates, but Daniel, who didn't have time on the final move date, came up with a plan that allowed us to move - his flexibility has been outstanding, for which we are hugely grateful!

The team that moved us were very professional and incredibly diligent, and you could really see that they were proud of doing a good job.

We hadn't realised to the day of the move that there was something about our staircase that made it awkward, however the team found a way to get everything in!

Would I recommend Homemaster, I would say you would be crazy to consider anyone else!

Thank you!

The staff were very friendly and very obliging and did a excellent job they transferred furniture, fridge freezer cooker and garden furniture very well and overcame some difficult situations.I would recommend them and I would use them again

Very friendly and professional right from the initial enquiries and then we had a video walk round call because we were moving up from a distance away, superb professional and very competitive prices and a really great bunch of guys , each one new exactly what they were doing

From the initial enquiry to the actual moving day Homemasters were a pleasure to deal with. The access to the flat we were leaving was awkward but the staff took great care of our possessions and nothing got damaged. The staff were extremely polite, professional and smart and took care to ensure everything went well. We will be using them again when we return to Bath in 12 months time.

5th time using Homemaster and once again a perfect service! Clear communication re timings and updates, professional team on site and a key factor in another successful move - many thanks!

Brilliant experience from Daniel and team. They did all of the heavy lifting as well as going above and beyond for us every step of the way. Incredible service!

Dan and the Homemaster team came highly recommended, and they fully lived up to our expectations. Our house move was quite local, within Shrewsbury, but involved a significant downsizing. On his initial visit, Dan’s attention to detail was terrific, and the questions he asked were right on the money. When the time came for the move, of course it was in the middle of a heatwave, so Dan mobilised the whole team to work faster and more efficiently, to get everything done before the hottest part of both days. They worked tirelessly, but again the attention to detail and care they took were fantastic. We would recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Daniel and the guys did a really great job and were very fast too! Highly recommended.

A life-changing move turned out to be a very positive experience. Right from making initial contact with Dan in the office everything went very smoothly. Jamie and J were very polite, friendly and professional. They took great care to pack everything really well - nothing was damaged in transit - and unloaded equally carefully the next day (the move was from out of county and involved a journey of some distance)
Really cannot speak too highly of the team.
Would definitely recommend.
Very many thanks to everyone at Homemaster.

Absolutely amazing full packing and removal service from Dan, Harry and the team. From the initial quote to collecting the boxes, everything was speedy and hassle-free. Nothing damaged, everything properly wrapped with care and attention. The team themselves were friendly, polite, and cheerful (despite the brutal temperatures in which they were working). You can tell Dan (the owner) genuinely cares about his staff too with some adjustments to working times to account for the heat, and ensuring that there were frequent hydration breaks for everyone which I was very appreciative of as personally felt very guilty about the physical work they were doing in 35c heat.

I have used Pickfords before for a national move with storage but had some issues with damage & communication so would definitely use Homemaster for anything I needed - local or national - in the future. 100% recommend!

Daniel was very professional and also approachable, always quick to answer any questions, and very patient while we waited for the sale to fall into place so we could commit to a moving date. The team were very easy to get along with and made the whole process very stress free. They were very calm and patient waiting to unload, and before we knew it the furniture was in place. And most importantly, they were very kind and respectful to the cat, who seemed to be really interested in the whole process. Homemaster came highly recommended to us, and we would be confident recommending them to anyone who wants an easy, stress free move.

Dan and his team are great. They emptied our home over two days, carefully wrapped everything for storage and 11 weeks later moved us into our new home.

They are such a friendly group, nice to have around and work incredibly hard, nothing is too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending Homemaster Relocations.

Having used Homemaster last year when we moved to a rental property it was the easiest decision in our next house moving saga to use them again. They did not disappoint and made the whole process so easy for us.They, again, did a marvellous job of packing everything and moving it to our new home. Hassle free, just the way it should be.

Homemaster Relocations were excellent. My move went very smoothly over two days with the removals team working hard and handling all my worldly goods with respect and care. Thank you.

Daniel and his team are brilliant- we had a large and complicated move and they handled it exceptionally well, would definitely recommend

Very happy with the service- everything safely moved and stored and moved again. The team were very professional and helpful.
