Exceptional service from The Kingsmen Movers. Bruno was consistently professional from our very first conversation through to unloading and placing everything in my new home. He was also incredibly personable and reassuring, which made a stressful move so much easier.

Made a normally stressful and hectic experience smooth and easy with clear communication and organisation as well as flexibility. Handled items with care. Helpful bonus of disassembling and reassembling furniture where required. Reasonable pricing. Highly recommend the Kingsmen team if you want your move done right!

Bruno and his colleague moved some beds and furniture from ground floor to the bedrooms upstairs.
House is newly decorated and wanted to avoid any scratches or other damage to the walls, oak flooring, etc.
The moving crew provided a spotless, professional and friendly service. They first inspected the moving route inside the house, formulated a moving plan for the bulky items and communicated it clearly with me.
They did not rush things, did everything slowly and carefully. Unassembled the beds and even smoothed out all staples and rough edges found at the bottom of the bed frames to avoid damage of my oak flooring.
They covered the bed frames with protective film, and used moving blankets to protect my stairs handrail.
They insisted on me watching how they do the move and on checking if any damage had been done. I found absolutely none.
In the end, they even spent much time with me positioning the beds exactly at the right spot and totally symmetrically against the wall, instead of just rushing off like other companies.
Upon my request, they even put felt pads under the bed, though that was not included in our quote.
Overall, 10/10 with no hesitation, I wish all tradesmen were like Bruno et al.

Moving house is never an enjoyable experience but it has never felt so easy! Bruno helped us move a number of large items to a third floor flat in London, and it was seamless and quick. He showed up on time and brought everything he needed for the job, and we had moved everything in just under 2 hours.

We wish we had found The Kingsmen Movers on our last move, but at least we know who we’ll be using next time!

Moving is usually pretty stressful, but thanks to Bruno, Alex, and Lucas, our move was actually enjoyable.

From the moment I requested a quote, Bruno was incredible; everything was clear, transparent, and even gave us tips on packing materials. Communication with him was also 10/10.

On moving day, he arrived on time with a plan ready, and the team cleared everything from our two-bedroom flat in just a couple of hours (and we have quite a lot of stuff!). Bruno also disassembled and reassembled our furniture in no time.

They took great care of our belongings, both flats, and us. I couldn’t recommend Bruno and his team more. Our experience was amazing (and he likes animals too! )

We honestly can’t thank Bruno and this team enough for what they did for us. With an incredibly tight turnaround between exchange and completion, we were under a huge amount of pressure and they stepped in at the very last minute and completely turned things around.

Not only did they manage to accommodate us on such short notice, but they also went above and beyond by coming to pack on a Sunday ahead of our move on Monday. That level of flexibility and commitment is something you just don’t come across often.
