I developed pelvic pain 18 months ago. The pain and symptoms worsened over 6 months to a degree that was unimaginable. It was a dark moment in my life. I decided that the only way forward was to advocate for myself and to educate myself about pelvic pain and chronic pain in general. This set me on a transformative pathway. I found the most caring and wonderful pelvic pain physiotherapist. She listened to me, it was like a huge burden being lifted. At the same time as finding my PT, I found the Dr Bri’s Overcome program. My PT was full of praise for Dr Bri and said even her voice is soothing. That is so true- just listening to Dr. Bri’s voice brings you to a place of safety. I signed up for the Overcome program. Slowly my pelvic muscles started to release through daily diaphragmatic breathing exercises, internal pressure point release by my PT, daily meditations, and commencement of the Overcome program. It took me 6 months to complete the 12-week program, but I listened to my body throughout and Dr Bri’s advice to take it slow. I highly recommend the Overcome program for its multi-faceted holistic approach which includes education about the human body and the mind-body connection, diet and lifestyle choices, an exercise program, daily positive affirmations and deep relaxation/meditations sessions. A year later, I am almost pain free. I continue to use to the overcome program and all the free resources that Dr. Bri provides on her YouTube and Instagram accounts. I have a much better awareness of my body, my mind and the connection between the two. Thank you, Dr Bri and the Vibrant team, for helping me shine bright in ways I never did before.

I’m on month 2 week four of Overcome and I’m definitely feeling so much better physically and mentally. I’ve been sticking with the program and haven’t missed a day of stretching and meditation. I’ll continue with these practices going forward even after I’ve reached 100 percent. Thanks so much! I’m so grateful I found this amazing healing program.

I purchased the lift program after I was diagnosed with cystocele and rectocele also with very slight uterine prolapse. I could hardly walk or move much without discomfort and pain, even the vibrations siting in the car were a problem and my periods were becoming unbearable. My doctor had told me that surgery is the only option for me and nothing else will be worth trying. However, I found Dr. Bri’s YouTube videos and kept learning from her and I really liked what she offers. Once I started the "Lift" program, I noticed a change in symptoms in 3 days, I can't even tell you how grateful I am!!
After learning more through lift, I could completely see how the trauma in my life was affecting my body and especially very much the pelvic floor, which definitely contributed to my prolapse. It effects posture and movement significantly! Dr. Bri’s approach targets the body as a whole and addresses all those things and so much more. I love, love, Love her approach as well as her great collaboration with other experts that provide a specific area of pelvic health that also can help with prolapse. In the bonus trainings they provide a taste of their wisdom and tools and also how to get in touch with them for further knowledge in their specific area if needed. This is trusted resources and its so very valuable! Dr. Bri is so knowledgeable. She uses clear, thorough explanations and instructions. Her presence is authentic, humble and gentle with vulnerability that shows she is trustworthy. Her passion shines in all her work from the heart. She provides a truly “uplifting” experience in more than one way!
Lift has helped me escape surgery, go through life almost symptom free and be able to live my life with knowledge and awareness and a healthier pelvic floor, body, mind and soul! So much knowledge I can pass to my daughter and even my sons! This is life changing!

I’ve been a long time subscriber to Dr Bri’s various programs. I found her Lift YouTube years ago - 6 months or so after I suffered from a pelvic organ shift caused by trying to lift a rock the size of a small cow. Hindsight being what it is, I could have avoided the whole process completely if only I’d known what Dr Bri has taught me this past 3-4 years. From examining my posture & lifting techniques to rethinking what I eat and how poor nutrition aggravates pelvic floor issues… from body-firming exercises to mental health programs, I can’t say enough good things about Dr Bri and her many high quality offerings. Kegel camp, Transcend, Lift, Smooth Move, FemFusion and more will help connect you with a community of people who help you heal. I’ve been symptom free for months now and recently rejoined the gym now that I’m armed with a better awareness of how to keep my body & mind healthy. I have been daily working on Dr Bri’s “Overcome program” for 2months. My progress in overcoming pelvic pain has been nothing short of amazing. The work clients are expected to do is broken down into very doable small steps. I wouldn’t have thought 2 months ago that I would ever be able to feel so good.( 2 years of severe pelvic pain). I am 67 years old. You will be encouraged and hopeful if you persist and do the work every day!

And I’m so excited and relieved to have come across Dr Bri on YouTube when I had my prolapse in December. I did her exercises for three months and then after watching her story I decided to take the plunge and buy the program, I sold my bike to do this and it was worth every penny! I can’t imagine not ever being part of this community and making this part of my life, this program and its founders are changing my life day by day and I am so thankful, I’m also thankful for everyone in femsquad who encourages one another share stories etc. I have worked with professionals before but these programs go far beyond what I have been taught and the support is above and beyond what I would have expected!

I have had prolapse for over 40 yrs. I'm 74 yrs old. I'm like most and didn't realize what it was exactly. My doctor or I think his nurses told me to do 100 kegals a day. Didn't matter if I did them all together or broke it up. I did this for awhile and tried to work out strengthening my stomach muscles. I think I was just making things worse. Dr Bri has been a BIG help to me with her Lift program. I continue to do the Lift program every day. And sometimes I will repeat 'Week 3' when I feel tired or if it's later in the day. Thank you so much Dr. Bri. and keep creating your videos!

In two months, %80 percentege of symptoms went away. I feel very well. Thank you so mouch. I believe that next mounth, rest of my symptoms will totaly go away and get healed.

I found Dr. Bri’s YouTube videos through another Facebook community group suggestion. I started the LIFT program fully in March until I could get in person treatment for prolapse with a PFPT. Her knowledge about the pelvic floor is immense and every day I’m trying to apply all the tips and tools. Her Femsquad group is super supportive and no issue or question is too embarrassing to ask. (I’ve done it.)
I love the support and I know things will get better with time, patience, and new knowledge from the Lift program. Her team is also supportive and knowledgeable. She has multiple connections with other pelvic floor experts.
I was in a pretty dark place with my prolapse, and she reassured me to stay positive, things will get better, pelvic organ prolapse is not so much a drop as a shift. I have nothing but positive feedback about this program

As a Yoga teacher and someone who dealt with pelvic pain I can say that Dr. Brianne Grogan is at the pinnacle when treating Pelvic Floor Pain and Dysfunction.
Her courses offer in-depth knowledge and comprehensive exercises that include Yoga poses (isometrics and stretching), Trigger Point release, Breathing exercises and Somatics.

At 78 yrs old with osteoarthritis I bought a thicker Pilates mat which is much more comfortable for floor exercises.
I always follow the instructional videos because it gives me more time to move from one position to another.
Weeks 1 & 2 are my ‘dependable’ routines that I do most often. Week 1 is my favourite.
Week 3, I appreciate all the advice about using props like yoga blocks or a meditation cushion and substituting an easier move for ones like downward facing dog.
Likewise for weeks 4 & 5 the different options for exercises & keeping moves smaller and gentler and using a support for balance.
I don’t know if I’ll ever completely reverse my problems but I do feel stronger after completing the Life course, and by repeating all of the routines on a regular basis I hope to build on that strength.

From YouTube to Lift. I have been following Dr. Bri for years. Her spirit is joy and passion for living the very best life no matter what. I was rather dismayed thinking I would miss out on life because of pelvic organ prolapse. I was constantly symptomatic but then I found Dr. Bri on YouTube and began exercising and learning a new way to move. I was so inspired I joined the Lift Program. It has and remain amazing. I gained lifetime access and take advantage of it as I need reminders to re-train my body how to move to protect my pelvic floor. Dr Bri says when you know better you do better. She is so encouraging and not only has my physical body been improved, my emotional and mental life has improved. I could do no yoga and now I have learned how much my body needs it to thrive. I am better for this community and help.

I'm a Pilates instructor and I've had an influx of current students and even clients who are new to Pilates reach out to me looking for advice with pelvic pain and vaginismus (which was something I hadn't heard of before). I've dealt with my own pelvic issues in the past, and so I purchased Overcome for women for myself and also as a learning tool to help me understand and serve my clients. I'm so glad I did. The program is so well designed and has taught me safe ways to progress clients through pelvic floor release work before we begin strengthening. I also learned more about pain and the mind-body connection (which is a personal interest of mine). Dr Bri is so compassionate and empathetic to women’s health issues. I really admire her. I found Lift in the darkest days when I had no answers from my medical providers and I was left feeling hopeless. Dr Bri wrote a personal email to me and made a personal video message to have a positive mindset. I feel like I have learnt to manage my condition of prolapse through Lift. It’s a light of hope that we can heal and the femsquad community is great for posting questions and getting feedback. Dr Bri is also active on the support group and gets back with detailed responses. I am doing the course at a slower pace but have noticed a little improvement in my core strength. I found the tips for lifestyle management very helpful too. Dr Bri has a holistic multi pronged approach towards prolapse which makes the course really exceptional. I highly recommend Lift for pelvic floor strengthening and thank you to Dr Bri for empowering women to take control of their health.

Priceless! I started Overcome six months ago and I don’t think I can fully express my gratitude with words. Dr. Bri has such a comprehensive understanding about the body, not just its mechanics but also the energetics and how the body stores experience. She weaves so much wisdom and sincere regard throughout the course. I’m not just stretching and strengthening my body; after years of living with pain and avoiding being in my body, I’m coming back home, learning how to be comfortable in my body again. I’m taking this course super slow (which is one of the greatest gifts that she encourages us to give to ourselves) and discovering places deep inside myself that were shut down, frozen in tension, and I’m finally beginning to learn what core strength feels like and what it feels like to be present in my body. With each new lesson and affirmation I continue to be amazed by Dr. Bri’s insight into the emotional dimension of pelvic floor dysfunction. So, so grateful to you, Dr. Bri!! 💗

I was lucky enough to come across Dr. Bri when I was searching for help with bladder leakage and prolapse. I was constantly running to the toilet and wearing bulky pads! I chose her Lift program. I decided to try the weekly sessions for 3 weeks each because things got worse after the first week due to tight pelvic floor muscles. I did gentle kegels and followed the program daily. Within a few weeks I saw progress! I repeated the course, 3 weeks at a time again! Though things aren’t perfect, I’m using light protection now and have many dry days!! I was thrilled when my urologist told me that my prolapse was not worse! I’m starting the program again and will follow it as intended forever!! I like the maintenance program but I get bored too easily so repeating the whole program works for me.
When I got to week 4 I was thrilled that it wasn’t just a follow along but there was voice over!! At my age, 65, I need the verbal reminders to breath correctly, maintain an engaged core, use correct form etc!! I would love it if the entire program had the verbal instructions! I do not hesitate to recommend Dr. Bri and commend her for the program and terrific customer service!!
