So easy to get temporary insurance with Veygo. Simple to navigate and set up own account. All documents are in one section so great when needed, best quote received. Would highly recommended Veygo.

There is basically no real customer…

There is basically no real customer service. You only deal with a bot that keeps asking the same questions over and over again, without actually helping.

I paid £104 for my policy to start on Sunday, 30 March. I received the invoice and receipt, but no policy reference number, which meant I couldn’t legally drive.

After hours of going in circles with the bot, I was finally contacted by email on Monday. However, once I replied, they stopped responding completely.

Around midday on Monday I finally received the policy details, but then I noticed the start date had been changed to 4 April, which is not what I paid for.

During all this time I tried to speak to an actual person, but that’s not possible. There is only a chatbot, and communication by email is very slow and unreliable.

Very frustrating experience.

Very disappointed, No verbal phone conversation.

Very disappointed. My rolling contract was cancelled due to a missed payment (only £4 short). My son, who is a learner, didn’t check the reminder message about the payment. I was sure everything was set to be paid automatically.
A few hours later, another driver hit the back of my car (not my son’s fault). There was no way to speak to an actual person from this insurance company — only a chatbot asking for details. The only reply I received by email stated that the policy could not be continued.
Please be careful with companies like this. It is easy and quick to buy online, but once you have purchased, you are only dealing with a chatbot. No human understanding at all.

Can't opt to not be spammed by them.

Signed up for temporary van insurance and they automatically sign you up for their marketing emails with no way to opt out.

I'll have to wait until they send me a spam message before I can ubsubscribe.

This is very disrespectful to their customers.
