Had a lovely conversation today with a lady called Laura Niles who helped to change my life insurance to a lot better suited to my situation. She was really helpful, very friendly and just all round amazing customer service skills.

I was looking for insurance that would cover me after a recent cancer diagnosis and was put in touch with Helan Brierley. Not only did she find me exactly what I was looking for, she was extremely knowledgeable about the product offered and was really polite, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend.
