From placing my order to receiving it, I was kept in the loop as to where my package was to the point of delivery the tracksuit bottoms were the perfect fit and look very stylish and extremely well made I will be making more purchases from Very again in the future

First time I have bought anything from Very and have to say I am impressed. Bought the products I wanted, easy online check out, great communication and speedy delivery. Could not ask for more.

On time and delivery driver rang me as the intercom broken

The 'customer service' provided by this retailer is not helpful at all. The item I ordered didn't arrive after 10 days, so I had to raise a dispute via Paypal to receive a refund as there was no response from the Very 'customer service' team. They sent me an empty email after some weeks stating that a response to my query/complaint can be viewed online, but there is no response. Never again will I purchase anything from this retailer.

I've been a very loyal customer to a very, only to be disappointed after buying five insurance policies and finding out that after three months of e bed breaking and being that they cannot cover it because it's not within the time frame.I bought five year insurance with the bed, made a complaint in September which no one reviewed. it's just a reap off and they've told me there's nothing they can do about it and refuse for me to make a complaint which should be something within my rights

Great service should have said not next day delivery as I ordered Friday. Also how do I get invoice

The price was right, they had stock and free delivery, they said it would be 4/5 days it turned up after just 2 days

Postage -delivery really poor received a text message yesterday with a two hour window for delivery. This didn’t happen . Called customer service and told them it hadn’t been delivered and that the tracking said problem with address. They just said had to wait another day. Next day still not delivered . Called customer service again. And again not very helpful in the least just said can try for delivery again or you can have a refund. 3 days now having to wait in for a parcel

My first dealings with very.co.uk, placed order yesterday had a missed call from them today. Looked online foundit was from their fraud department!!!. Phoned the number only to be told it was closed and their opening hours are 0800 to 1800 M-F. I phoned them at 1200 on Wednesday. Tried the online chat, waste of time. Tried their CRM bigger waste of time, asked to be transferred to a supervisor, they said none were available they weere all on a training course, you cant believe it worst service ive ever experienced. Tried the fraud deart 6 times through the day, no change. Got a mail from the fraud department (norepy) telling me my order would not be processed until i contacted the fraud department. The mail gave me the fraud departments numbe ri had been phoning all day. Because im the eternal optimist i phoned the number again and was informed they were closed and only open blah blah blah. Total incompetence, ive given up, this appears to be a company run by Jeremy Beadle.

I have been a Littlewoods / Very customer since 1982 and this has made me think about staying with this company now also i know when i speak to my friends who also have accounts they to would be disgusted.
