Postage -delivery really poor received a text message yesterday with a two hour window for delivery. This didn’t happen . Called customer service and told them it hadn’t been delivered and that the tracking said problem with address. They just said had to wait another day. Next day still not delivered . Called customer service again. And again not very helpful in the least just said can try for delivery again or you can have a refund. 3 days now having to wait in for a parcel

My first dealings with very.co.uk, placed order yesterday had a missed call from them today. Looked online foundit was from their fraud department!!!. Phoned the number only to be told it was closed and their opening hours are 0800 to 1800 M-F. I phoned them at 1200 on Wednesday. Tried the online chat, waste of time. Tried their CRM bigger waste of time, asked to be transferred to a supervisor, they said none were available they weere all on a training course, you cant believe it worst service ive ever experienced. Tried the fraud deart 6 times through the day, no change. Got a mail from the fraud department (norepy) telling me my order would not be processed until i contacted the fraud department. The mail gave me the fraud departments numbe ri had been phoning all day. Because im the eternal optimist i phoned the number again and was informed they were closed and only open blah blah blah. Total incompetence, ive given up, this appears to be a company run by Jeremy Beadle.

I have been a Littlewoods / Very customer since 1982 and this has made me think about staying with this company now also i know when i speak to my friends who also have accounts they to would be disgusted.

What can I say. The two Amalfi 3 seater sofas we had delivered were smaller than the two 3 seater Amalfi sofas we got rid of. They are 4 inches smaller in length smaller all around i fact. Im over 6 foot on our old Amalfi sofas the back cushions came up to the back of my neck. The arm cushions dont zip off. Basically false advertisement when sizes. The old one 211 cm long the new one 201 cm long when it states its 211cm long. I was fuming as the new one is far smaller all around. My wife said to keep it.

It is easy & straight forward to order & do returns on Very, but the delivery through InPost is an absolutely nightmare. I have been waiting for 2 days to receive my parcel. InPost say they can’t find my home. I live in a small village & we live just off Station Road which is the main road &?they can’t find us. Found us last week with a delivery!!!!! What they want us all to do is collect from one of their lockers to save them money, even though I have paid for home delivery.

absolutely appalling returns experience. spent £300+ and received all wrong items, phoned up and emailed to resolve the issue as the items i had ordered were now sold out, no resolution was offered. spent over an hour on the phone and received an email to say my info request was received but then received no response. waited the 14 days after returning the items for a refund, no refund received. called up and was told the return was lost of their end and it would be another 14 days to receive a refund. while becoming upset on the phone about how i can’t afford to wait 28 days to receive more than £300 back the call handler was laughing with her colleagues. absolutely dreadful experience, i feel humiliated and incredibly stressed about my refund and i genuinely would actively advise people not to use Very in future.

Very dissapointed with customer service no real information about delivery been waiting two days past well delivery date and still not here

Ordered 3 x items, all showing in stock. The order was split into 2 by Very. The first part of the order was received very quickly. The 2nd part, consisting of 1 item , has now been pushed out to a 3 week lead time, even though the item was & is today, showing as being in stock on the website. Excellent 1st part, poor 2nd part.

Problem still not resolved but is being dealt with awaiting on an update from returned parcels and balance on my account
