Great experience at Vertu
All staff were very courteous and friendly, was a very pleasant experience. Mark Wheeler was my contact, he covered everything thoroughly and on collecting the car, made sure that I was happy with all the controls before Ietting me go.

Lots of choice and helpful staff
Sales people were attentive and helpful. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the first car I liked, in fact they let me do several test drives to help make an informed decision.

My experience at Veryu
When we arrived at virtue we were greeted by Umair Harman. He made us feel as ease and was very polite and not a pushy sales guy. He asked us what we were looking for and arranged a test drive straight away. We wanted a different colour and a different spec. He found this one and arranged for us to go back and view it a few days later. We were very pleased with the way he treated us and we got the car we wanted. He was going on annual leave so Umair Nasar took over our sale. He phoned me up a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly and arranged for the car to be valeted. When we arrived to pick the car up, we couldn’t be more pleased with the way it looked. Umair was very polite and helpful he showed us the controls of the car before we left. Thanks guys we had a good experience .

Owned lots of vehicles over the years.The whole experience from start to finish has been a breeze. Starting with a test drive which put my wife at ease with an automatic.Umair answered every question I had on the vehicle (there were quite a few ) showing great product knowledge as regards specification and guiding me to the model that will fulfill are needs .Lewis (general manager) got my new car ordered and kept me updated on the progress which was rapid less than 3 weeks from test drive to collecting a brand new Ford Thanks to you both and the team at Vertu Ford West Bromwich highly recommend

Outstanding Service-thank you Harman and Mark Wesson and the Team!
The whole experience was excellent, from start to finish. A very special mention has to go to Harman who was fantastic and made sure I knew what was happening from start to finish. He could not do enough for us. Outstanding customer service! Another special mention for Mark Wesson who was also excellent and made sure everything was in place. He also went out of his way to ensure that the list of things I wanted was met, as did Harman. I would recommend Vertu Ford, West Bromwich without reservation. All of the sales assistants were friendly and great at their job, especially Harman and Mark Wesson. Definitely a 10 / 10 but would give more if I could.
