Fantastic Dealership
Honestly can't recommend this dealership enough!
I had a bad experience with another dealer and thankfully Vertu were on hand to help. I visited the West Bromwich branch and was met by Mark who was very helpful and friendly.
He passed me then over to Umair who helped me find the perfect car. Throughout our first visit to the final visit collecting my new car they were absolutely fantastic, keeping me informed throughout with phone calls and emails.
I would recommend this dealership to absolutely anyone!!!!

A wonderful experience, Lella was very professional and helpful. Very happy with the service, Mark supplied a full video inspection of the vehicle on request and Will who dealt with the sale was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions and went the extra mile to drop the vehicle off in person.
