Purchased the Kuubel XL-T
Purchased the Kuubel XL-T. This product failed me once the warranty expired. When you call for service you are usually greeted by an answering machine, and expected to leave a message and wait for someone to call you...if you miss that call, there's no followup, you need to call again and leave another message.
Replacing the motor is not as "easy" as the manufacturer claims, and this machine was clearly designed to be made difficult to disassemble. After spending money on a new cob wheel, and motor, I ended up throwing this piece of junk in the garbage.
Never again. Good riddance.

Responsive, outstanding customer service!
When I sent in my two Airwashers for regular ultrasonic cleaning, one of them came back damaged. Jen was very helpful, gave me specific instructions as to what she needed from me so she could file a claim with UPS, and she immediately sent me the parts to replace the damaged ones. I have had Airwashers for many years, and recommend them to everyone, not only because they are effective and easy to use, but also because of Venta's superb customer service.

We just LOVE Venta!
We just LOVE Venta, have been using them for decades! Easy to maintain and it WORKS. I especially love the fact that we can send our unit to you to be cleaned. No matter how well I clean my Venta, our water quality sometimes changes and I always worry about there being buildup that I haven't been able to get.

Exceptional performance, quick turnaround
The Venta is a reliable humidifier -- its higher price is more than worth its performance and I LOVE that the company takes the machine back to clean it. Other humidifiers have needed a deep clean after a season of use and usually I can't get at the parts that most need cleaning.

I had two Venta LW45's thoroughly cleaned. Sending my machines for cleaning was simple and convenient and they were returned in pristine condition. The price was reasonable, and the process worked precisely as promised. It was like buying two new machines.

If you want it really clean.
This was the second time in for our 13 year old LW44. I usually clean it myself and store it for summer, but it's pretty raunchy after a few years of my home cleaning. This is a bit expensive, but it comes back so pristine it's worth it to me. The first time I sent it in the original packaging and shipping cartons, and it was returned in the same. This time it was returned in a pretty well packed single box. The only minor problem was when it arrived UPS, I watched him carry it up and drop the box straight down maybe a foot high. When I tried to spin the water wheels with my finger, they were jammed. I pulled them out and gently replaced them and all is well. The cleaning is superb as expected, and everything works properly plugged in and turned on. Thanks for the service.
