LW45 gits 'er dun.
Our 15-yr-old LW45 has performed admirably. It added two gallons of winter humidity to our patio home every day.
The unit has required a couple motor replacements, and one was provided for free by Venta.
We discovered that fan drive longevity can be improved with occasional squirts of silicone spray.
The design upgrades of our new LW45 are immediately apparent.
Hoping that the motor will require less attention than our old one.

I had been able to order on-line in the meanwhile. To me that means your on-line interface is an effective alternative even for reluctant on line shoppers like me.

air washer which was given to us by a German friend who was relocating back to Europe. It is so durable and easy to clean. We bought the cleaner from you and that worked very well. Now it is clean and dry and in its box for storage til next fall.

Easy to order Venta supplies, which arrived promptly. The local hardware store where I purchased my humidifier and supplies has closed here. I wish for another local supplier as shipping is expensive.
