Venta: High Quality and Long Lasting
We have had our first Venta for 13 years and it is still going strong. When we needed a humidifier for our other home, Venta was the obvious choice. We are very happy so far with our AW 902 professional model. It was delivered quickly and was very easy to set up. Other humidifier brands just do not last.

Excellent customer service
I had placed an order for some maintenance products for my humidifiers. Shortly after okacing the order I discovered I had made an error in the order. I talked with someone in customer service and the issue was resolved quickly and courteously.
I would also like to add a comment about customer service for my humidifier. My humidifier kept turning off. The lady at customer service did some trouble shooting. She was patient and knowledgeable and my problem was solved with that single phone call. Ventana products are the best and they are supported by a great customer service team.

Everything works great and runs very quiet. Keeps the air fresh and clean. I had a very old model and it quit working and could really see a difference in the air quality without one. So glad I could purchase another one. Shipping was very fast too.

The delivery of the cleaning fluid…Thank you much for your response. I appreciated it and will follow your directions for cleaning my Venta which I have enjoyed for several years now.
The delivery of the cleaning fluid arrived from Europe later than expected but successfully. Attempts to contact Venta for directions in English for use were promised but never communicated. The English video I found on YouTube did not answer my question: How many ml. of the 250ml. in the bottle sI would should be applied in cleaning the humidifier/airpurifier. I would appreciate a response.

If you purchased directly from us, we ship out of our Illinois location and it would not ship from Europe. As indicated on the bottle, you will want to use the entire bottle of Humidifier Cleaner. For instructions for your specific model, you can view our step-by-step video tutorials found here: https://www.venta-air.com/en_us/service/tutorials/.
If you are referring to the Water Treatment Additive, you will want to add one dose every 10-14 days after performing regular maintenance. One dose is equal to one black line as shown on the back of the bottle.

Operates Quietly and I don't have to replace filters
The evaporative humidifier is a great product for our high altitude semi-arid climate. It operates very quietly, has a large water tank, and does not require filter replacement which was the deciding factor in our purchase. My Mom recommended the Venta product to me based on over a decade of use in her home, and I would also recommend Venta after our purchase.

Good Update
I already had had a Venta, but this new update (at a considerably higher price!!) seems to be better.
I'm waiting to see if this new machine works better and lasts longer than the previous model. With it up and running for 3 days, it's too soon to tell.

Wir haben das Gerät jetzt 2 Jahre und sind sehr zufrieden. Wir haben das Gerät immer nur im Herbst und im Winter an wegen der trockenen Heizungsluft die mir immer extrem trockene Augen beschert hat. Seitdem das Gerät während der Heizperiode rund um die Uhr läuft ist die Luftfeuchtigkeit immer rund um die 50%. Seitdem habe ich das Problem mit den Augen nicht mehr. Obendrauf filtert das Gerät noch schlechte Bakterien und Viren weg. Wenn ich Fragen zum Gerät habe, egal welche, der Kundensupport ist perfekt. 100% freundlich, professionell, hilfsbereit und weiß wirklich alles rund um die Geräte.
