Mieseste Qualität: Die Trommel meiner drei Ventas laufen derart unrund, dass sie am Gehäuse anschlagen und laute Schlaggeräusche erzeugen. Der Schweizer Mitbewerber Stadler Form erwähnt in ihrer Werbung, dass diese Luftbefeuchter in China hergestellt werden! Aber die Deutschen mit ihren 400 € Jobs verstehen nichts von Qualität und kaufen jeden Dreck!

This is my second Venta air washer, and I love the product. It is the best humidifier I have ever used because it eliminates those nasty paper filters that have to be replaced and then cannot be found, making your humidifier worthless. My first one is still ok, but since I’ve had it for five years and this was one sale, I decided to get another one.

Venta humidifier broke after 2 years
Venta humidifier broke after 2 years. Tech told us to purchase 2 parts to fix which we did and it did work. We had to buy a new Venta and we asked if we could return the 2 parts and receive a credit. They said yes. Parts returned, no refund issued as of today's date. The woman who takes the orders & helps with troubleshooting loses her patience a bit and raises her voice to customer. When a person pays almost $500 for something, one expects it to last more than 2 years if properly cared for which it was. Thank you.

We’ve had our Venta for ten years
We’ve had our Venta for ten year now. It is still what we recommend to friends. I’m convinced that there isn’t another brand that surpasses it or even equals it. The little amount of service we’ve required had been very helpful and supportive. Our friends whom have taken our advice and purchased one are also very pleased. Ours works hard all year long since we live in Arizona.

These humidifiers are fantastic
These humidifiers are fantastic. Very simple and reliable design, VERY effective. I have one of the larger units in a big room where I keep all of my guitars and banjos and mandolins, and never have to worry about variable humidity in this VERY dry environment (Montana). We have a small unit in our bedroom: perfect! I had to replace a motor assembly once on a unit that was used constantly for 7 years, and the support was great, and immediate. These people are great: seem happy and like a family.
