From my first questions via email I was so well looked after by Tommy and Brian. Then visiting Motherwell to have digital scans done as I just couldn’t bring myself to do the moulds at home. Carly in Motherwell was so lovely, kind and patient. I spent 25 years in retail and I can honestly say, I have never had better customer service. Thank you all 3 of you, you are truly worth your weight in gold 🌸😊

No information given upon purchase about the size of the moulds required to provide an impression for manufacture of the mouthguards. I have a jaw condition which means I can't open my mouth wide enough to accept the massive moulds supplied with the kit, which is why I need to purchase a mouthguard to hopefully correct this. I was unaware about the size of the mould until I opened my package but was then advised that by opening I had voided my ability to return the kit for a refund (again nothing sent to explain this) and I would be charged £125 cancellation fee. Contacted the company 5 days after delivery of the kit only to be sent a very confusing email by Tommy which seemed to contradict itself. I was offered the opportunity to visit their store in Motherwell (a 6 hour drive away) for a face to face consultation or a video call which clearly would be pointless as I can't get the mould in my mouth. At no time was I asked the size of my mouth etc but it's just assumed that one of the 3 sizes of mould will fit. Please be aware - these moulds are MASSIVE - much larger than you would experience in the dentist. I'm now £70 out of pocket and the company don't want to know. Please be aware that if you have a problem with your purchase they will not provide a refund

I've now been informed that I need to humiliate myself by provide a video of proving that I'm unable to open my jaw wide enough to allow the insertion of the large moulds one at a time. Obviously I declined this ridiculous suggestion. Apparently they're now having a meeting to decide whether I'm allowed a refund and I should receive a decision on 14/10/26. I can only guess that the company REALLY needs my £70

The instructions provided are very clear and helpful. I sent pictures of my impressions and got a reply straight away from Oliver who then provided me with the return instructions. I’m really impressed with this company!

Very good support, fast responses and great service

I have already written a review for the 3mm night guard which I tried to purchase a few months ago and gave them a 1 star. The guards did not fit because the trays they had were all too big for my mouth and I was having difficulty getting any help from Venneir customer service. As soon as I wrote the 1 star review however they were very helpful and they tried innovating ways to make a smaller mouth guard. They were also very polite and helpful once I finally got through to a real person. For this reason I have increased the score from 1 star to 3 stars. However, at the end of the day I still dont have a mouth guard that I can use, it still does not fit properly, and I have paid £69. So in the end I've just lost that money, and a lot of time making impressions etc., and I am back at square one needing to go to my local dentist to get a mouth guard made.

I have had issues with the moulds for my retainers. THEY ARE UNSAFE TO USE, they caused extreme blistering and ulceration in my mouth like it burned inside of my mouth so painful.
I have requested a refund from the company as the moulds keep getting rejected with no explanation why and I do not want to use any more due to the damage it is doing to my mouth.
I wasn’t assisted in any guidance on what next steps were needed to improve with the moulds I had already taken.
And they are failing to provide me with the refund as I wished, blackmailed me to take a video call instead of a cancellation or I’d receive a £125 fee for cancelling which is unacceptable as the retainers haven’t even entered production.

They are keeping my money without providing the finished product which is the retainers.
I would like this sorted ASAP and have my order cancelled with my money refunded
I haven’t been provided with the service I paid for, and my wishes aren’t being respected

UPDATE- 12/10/2026- I received a call today, stating that I would only have a refund processed IF I changed my review, which I refused until the refund has been processed.
I want my full refund with no re stocking fee due to the injury your kit caused sent to my original payment method.
This can be seen as blackmail which is against the law. And my legal rights highlight the fact that I am entitled to a full refund 1 for not receiving my finished product I paid for due to continuous rejected moulds with no explanation and 2- due to a kit that physically caused me harm.
As stated on the call I will be taking this further to the trading standards and citizens advice to help me as I am entitled to a FULL refund and should not be expected to pay for a moulding kit that has physically caused blistering to my mouth.

Great communication from Oliver from start to finish, made the process real easy and simple, looking forward to getting my trays to start the process!

Very Good Company. DPD messed up my order, contacted the company and they resolved my issues. Product arrived and quality is amazing even better than the dental for half the price. Special shoutout to Tommy, Micheal and Brian for their exceptional professionalism, especially Brian. Some of the best customer service I've received in years.

As a total newbie to teeth whitening I didnt know what to expect but the price, delivery and process for my trays were excellent - especially Charlotte at Venneir who was very helpful. Instructions sent with kit/online could be clearer but, if in any doubt, send a WhatsApp message and they will assist.

The veneers are absolutely fantastic.
I had reservations when ordering but I am seriously impressed.
I also lost the top set unfortunately but Andrew T from support was brilliant and gave me a discount code for my replacements.
