I dealt with the lovely Brian, who guided me through the whole process, and was empathetic to fact my daughter getting married and my need for aesthetics for photos. Brian is an excellent ambassador for veenair. I can only wish for more like him.
Very previously stressed mother of bride, now completely reassured. Nothing too much trouble for Brian. 5* customer service

They don’t like to refund and try to offer you all sorts of. I need my money back. Got some retainers made through the…
Got some retainers made through the company website. I had to send my 3d impression of my teeth and they arrive literally days later.
The trays were extremely tight and i had a conversation with Andrew who was amazing and decided to get new impression made.
Customer service has been great and i am now awaiting a new set of tray.

Excellent customer service
Before I ordered a mouth guard from Pirahna I contacted them to see if they would be able to trim the back of it down as I have problems with gagging when I wear a mouth guard to which Michael promptly replied to me and said when I had placed my order to send him the order number and he would sort it.When the mouth guard kit arrived I didn’t realise how soft the mould would be after 10 seconds in boiling water and ended up ruining it.I again contacted Pirahna and Brian was very helpful and said he would send out a new mould free of charge which was really good as he didn’t have to.All in all 5 star service 🤩

The most awful experience
The most awful experience. Received leaked products then spent over a month chasing an AI bot via email. Now what I believe is an AI customer service rep keeps telling me a refund has been issued, but fails to provide any proof then changes the story each time. Dreadful dreadful company - I went and got IcyBear from boots instead

This is a review prior to receiving my retainer
This is a review prior to receiving final retainer.
My first retainer came this week and this company were very thorough with the process but unfortunately when I got my retainer back, it did not go on correctly which I think was my mistake partially in possibly taking the mold incorrectly.
I emailed to inform and a lovely man called Brian responded very quickly to give me my options and kindly offered to send another impression kit in the post, which was very efficient because I had a notification to say that it had been dispatched just after the email.
I can’t fault the quick service and communication throughout and fingers crossed, I can get the mold correct this time 😊

Great products and excellent customer service
I’ve been using Venneir toothpaste and mouthwash for some time now and have always been really pleased with the products. I’ve just placed another order and decided to try their Non-Abrasive Whitening Scrub as well.
I had a quick question about the scrub this morning and Brian came back to me almost immediately with a helpful answer. Great products, excellent service and a company I’m very happy to continue buying from. Highly recommended.
