Avoid this company
Avoid this company. After several unsuccessful attempts to take my impressions, I requested a refund and was told I would face a £125 cancellation fee or have to accept store credit, despite paying £119.95 and explaining my difficulties.

Would not recommend- terrible customer service
Sent original moulds to them for new retainers for my daughter. DPD lost moulds. Have gone round in circles with emails about taking new moulds. Not willing to do this as I want the retainers made from the original model or from the digital scan from my daughters orthodontist. I will be charged £160 from orthodontist to get the digital images. DPD should be compensating this but Venneir aren't chasing them or being proactive.
The emails are very AI, repetitive, never acknowledge whats being asked.
Huge mistake made using this company to save £60.

The impression kit came quite fast within 2 days and Andrew was quite helpful in ensuring I completed the impressions correctly. Although, there should be a guide for the amount of putty that should be used since using both pots are quite a lot for my smaller mouth which caused some discomforts.

Been helped by Brian, who is doing is absolute best to rush out my son's retainer before we go on holiday. Thought the DPD return would get there next day and taking longer than I thought. Whilst some companies that use WhatApp and tech don't seem to function, this genuinely does and someone there to help on the other end of chat via all there channels. Many thanks all

I had such a great experience with Charlotte from Venneir
I had such a great experience with Venneir! Instructions were super easy to follow and really helpfully I could submit photos of my moulds via WhatsApp to a lovely lady called Charlotte who will then tell me if my moulds were acceptable - I appreciated her honesty as she asked me to re-do a mould meaning it didn’t get sent off and then come back incorrect, the second mould she accepted and that evening I posted my mould off with DPD, great service and very quick to respond!

Same day fit
Woke up this morning minus my partial denture and panicked. I had been considering clip on veneers for a while but hadn’t followed up on it until fate forced my hand today. Found this company through Google by looking for same-day fit and supply veneers- booked an appointment for ten am and got myself through to Motherwell.
Carly was lovely- friendly and professional; she listened to my story, took the scans with a handheld scanner (no moulds thank goodness), spent some time colour matching and discussed my options with me.
I paid for my chosen product- retainer with teeth to cover the gap- and went for a wander around while the team got to work.
Three hours later I went back and tried on the finished product. The edge of the retainer felt a little sharp in my mouth, so Carly took it back through to the workshop and had the edge buffed before we refitted it- feels comfortable now.
We’ll see how it holds up, but honestly so pleased to be able to go work tomorrow without that massive gap! Thank you very much for making a horrible situation better- quickly, professionally and without costing the earth.
