Kit didn’t fit, and getting a refund has been a struggle
I ordered retainers with an at-home impression kit. The trays were too big to fit in my mouth, and Venneir confirmed they don’t make a smaller size.
Their own terms say you get a full refund if your case is unsuitable. Instead I was offered a trip to their clinic in Scotland.
I asked for a refund in writing on 11 October and gave them until 18 October. I still haven’t been refunded, so I’m now claiming through my card provider.
The staff were polite, but it felt like going round in circles. If the standard trays don’t fit you, expect a struggle to get your money back.

Just fabulous service from Lisa. My dog ate my mouth guards and I needed a new set ASAP before I went on holiday. She obviously pulled some strings and had me a set made from my models on an hour. So friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I am absolutely devastated
I am absolutely devastated to be writing this review. I have previously left this practice outstanding 5-star reviews for their customer service, but the way I am being treated now is completely unacceptable.
My upper left veneers are faulty. I have uploaded photos clearly showing the issue. What makes this even clearer is that my retainers, which were made using the exact same 3D scan, fit perfectly—proving that the problem lies directly with the veneers themselves.
After paying a significant amount of money for this treatment, I am now left unable to wear them, which is causing me immense distress. To make matters worse, the practice is now completely ignoring my emails. It is deeply disappointing to see such great customer service vanish the moment a major issue arises.
I need the clinic to acknowledge my situation and contact me immediately to arrange a resolution. Please respond to my emails as a matter of urgency.

The staff were really helpful and quick to answer queries. I queried the fit and was told i could have another one for better fit. Then the product cracked the first time I removed it. This was, I was informed, my fault, and would no longer ne eligible for another one but could buy more at a reduced price. It would appear that the guarantee offered is only for the fit not the product and does not even guarantee that when the product is not up to standard and breaks. That said they look good but i have wasted my money as they are not usable
