I recently had my 1 series screen changed by VMS and the experience was fantastic! The team was knowledgeable and attentive, helping me choose the perfect upgrades to enhance aesthetics. Went to VMS for a second time to get my ambient lighting done on my X5 F15, and fully in love with it. Has completly transformed my interior and driving experience. The lads you can see straight away they love working on cars and enjoy every part of installing the kit and seeing the result just as much as I did as a customer. They are very knowledgable about cars and made me feel very safe in leaving my car being stripped part for hours till they finish. Couldnt recommend them enough, everyone check out there work, highly recommend. Second time getting ambients done now with VMS!!

The ordering and fitting of the sync 3 was very easy, great service from Ray who supplied and fitted the unit .
The unit was fitted in a Lincoln mkx which is the first one they,ve done in the UK, done a great job, very happy thankyou.

Installation issues from day 1. Rear camera installed fell off after being installed on the same day. An error was left due to disconnecting cables during troubleshooting the installations as the controls were not working, this error came up after starting my car which became very annoying, it also meant i could not see genuine faults dring this time. It took over 3 weeks for the issues to be resolved which required constant chasing. After having paid almost £1000.00, I have received a parking fine for £100.00, although they asked me to park in their work area in Coventry. The sales manager did try to be helpful, however still relied on me to work with the engineer. The whole end to end experience has been the worst and i could not honestly recommend this company or their services to anyone.

I had Vehicle Multimedia Systems upgrade the media screen on my Jaguar today, and I'm very pleased with the results and the work done by Ray.

Had a new screen installed in my car which turned out to be faulty.
No argument or hassle, after the Christmas break a team turned up and replaced the screen, making sure all was working properly before they left.

Where do I start!
Contacted VMS enquiring about Applecar Play for my Range Rover, I was told by so many company’s they couldn’t do it with the my software in my vehicle, anyway spoke to VMS and they have come through! With a new screen with Apple CarPlay and much more tech along with AC panel upgrade for the same price I was quoted just for Apple CarPlay by another company.
They advised 2 weeks it would take for my equipment to arrive, 1 week and a half later even with the new year and Christmas period I had a call from the fitter who was ready to install my equipment, dropped my car off to him few hours later my car was ready!! So happy with the results and how they dealt with everything! Communication from VMS is the best I have ever had from any company! I had few settings I wanted to change in my vehicle they done it all! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else and any further vehicles I buy I will be definitely contacting VMS! Best price! Best service!

Great Service!

Got a android screen, reverse camera and full ambient light installed on my A6. The boys are very knowledgeable and done a brilliant job. The screen with carplay makes a massive difference to the driving experience. The original screen was small and dull. There was some technical diffusion at first but the boys came by my home (some of the boys were from London and came all the way to Liverpool) to sort it for me and everything now is working perfect. The A6 is a very hard car to work around from what ive heard interms of wiring and electrics but the boys managed to sort it all out. Thanks again and would recommend to all for all your car upgrades.
