Good service but product disappointing

Got a reverse camera fitted by Vehicle Multimedia Systems that I bought from Amazon on a car more than 20 years old. They came to me, fitted the camera and tidied up the wiring in my car with no fuss, finished within 25 mins. Very good pricing. 10/10 would recommend

The system arrived with the technician after a very long delay due to chasing the order and a date for the installation of the unit.

The system itself, after being fitted, looks nice, but the buttons stick at times.

The touch screen could be more intuitive and have a faster response, but in conclusion, having apple car play, a navigation system and internet connectivity, is better than nothing.

I wish I also received a manual with instructions as it’s hit and miss trying to operate the system without really knowing what things do, regarding navigating the system.

Great service, very thorough and was great at explaining what the next step to do.
Also an instant read out sent to my phone.

The lads turned up on a Saturday afternoon to install a aftermarket HUD unit on a brand new model Y 2026 Juniper Tesla and did a fantastic job. Saved lots of time and very professional. I’ll use them again happily! (BTW the AMD and wiring is on the driver side, right side, unlike the older model Y which was on the left!)

Bought a CarPlay unit for my 2013 BMW 5 series (F11). Unit works great. Simple to fit but fitting was offered if you don’t feel like removing parts of the dash. This is the first time I’ve tried one of these CarPlay boxes and I’m really impressed. First time using wireless CarPlay too! Cheers!

Found VMS online and couldn’t be happier. Added CarPlay to my Toyota Yaris, really helps having navigation on the screen and avoid faffing around with my phone on the holder. Great experience with the sales agent to the engineer fitting the product. Thanks again!

I recently had a new screen and a reverse camera, installed in my car by Vehicle Multimedia Systems, and I honestly couldn't be happier. The entire experience, from my initial inquiry to driving away with my upgraded tech, was absolutely amazing.

I got the Android screen + Apple CarPlay for my daughter’s Renault Clio. Product is really good.
I requested for home install for an extra fee, but well worth it. Ray and Anthony did a great job fitting the unit. Very friendly and professional.

Recently ordered a sync 3 system to replace my sync 2 in my Focus RS.I have been waiting excitedly for a few weeks waiting for the day.Multimedia Systems have been excellent from the start with helping to choose the right product to interest free options if needed.I was but in touch with my fitter Ray who kept me up to date the whole way and I had mobile fitting and he was extremely helpful
I recommend these guys and go for wireless it’s superb
