My order was placed on February 20th, I still have Not received either of the two items that I paid for.
Countless attempts to get in touch with them by phone and emails have gone
unanswered. They’ve had my money since February 20th, it’s now April 11th.
Would You deal with this company❓
I’d also like to see zero, or minus for
reviewing ratings choices.

As with other recent reviews, I also placed an order with Vaporizer Chief on February 21, 2024 during their '60% off sale'. I tried politely messaging on their website, emailing them directly, and even a few voice mails and not once has anyone from Vaporizer Chief responded back. I now think this a scam as no other company I've dealt with has behaved this way. If you can't handle a simple reply to a customer then I think there's much bigger issues going on with this business. All the recent reviews say the same thing stating how Vaporizer Chief took their order, charged them then either didn't reply to customers and didn't send out the orders. I'm on day 38 of their 30 day fulfillment which I had no problem waiting as the sale price was worth it. I didn't see any issues with ordering from them before the 60% off sale, so not sure what happened since as I've seen Vaporizer Chief reply to other reviews prior. My main concern is that there has been no contact from them whatsoever since I ordered February 21. If they had at least tried to explain they had some issues by replying then I would have some understanding, but again no response whatsoever. Their website is up and running as of this review which I can't understand why they are not responding to their customers unless they are scamming. I don't, at this point have confidence that I'll receive my order. I would highly recommend staying away from Vaporizer Chief if you don't want to get ripped off, buyer beware! I would give a 0 star rating if I could. If anyone has legitimately received an order or even a reply from Vaporizer Chief within the months of February and March it would be greatly appreciated to let the rest of us upset customers know.

Their website has been offline "for maintenance " now for over a week. Also contacted Route about Vaporizer Chief and basically they have been absolutely no help at all stating that they don't see any issues with Vaporizer Chief, yet the red flags are all there. I can say I will never use Route for any online insurance purposes. They claim that it is not their responsibility how vendors they are affiliated with operate yet state they take fraud very seriously when it comes to their affiliates. It's been two weeks since I inquired about Vaporizer Chief's shady practices only to be told by Route that they tried to contact Vaporizer Chief and received no response back. Don't understand how that's acceptable if they are a legitimate affiliate of Route. I'll take it as a learning experience and will only ever order from legitimate vendors I have received great services from in the past and decline Route's shipping insurance services as they are useless. All I expected from Route was an honest explanation about how they accept affiliates criminal behavior without any recourse and got a bs useless response. Buyer beware is all I can say.

Order placed on 2/20/24 and has been in "awaiting fulfillment" ever since. This was part of their big "60%" off sale and was said to have a lead time of up to 30 days, but here it is on day 35 with nothing. I've emailed them 3 times on their "contact us" link on their web page, and emailed them twice directly over the last week and haven't heard a peep. Don't bother calling because you can only leave a message and they'll never call you back. Kind of bummed. I thought I had found a great deal, but it looks like I'll end up doing a chargeback instead. Avoid. I think they're trying an exit scam right now.

EDIT: Ended up doing a chargeback. They never replied to anything and the order still says "awaiting fulfillment." Definitely stay away from these people.

EDIT 2: Just as I suspected this was an exit scam. Their website is now down. If you haven't done a chargeback do it now! Also, route shipping protection doesn't seem to care AT ALL that vaporizer chief just scammed a bunch of people. I guess if they got theirs they don't actually care about fraud like they claim. Do NOT EVER use route shipping protection because they will not help you. They do not care about your item and it's not really insured with them. Google "route shipping is a scam" if you want to see just how much they care. They also have a D- with the Better Business Bureau. Avoid them as well!

I placed an order one month ago and was immediately charged for the total amount of ~$500. Since then, I have not received any updates on the order and have been unable to get in contact with anyone. I have called and left a message, sent multiple email messages, and gotten crickets back.

Their website says they ship ALL (their emphasis, not mine) orders within 1-3 business days. I am starting to worry they are a scam website and will need to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Really unfortunate.

Placed an order for a vaporizer cleaning tool, March 19, 2024. Keep calling them no answer, email no response. Bad customer service, order says unfulfilled. I think I was scammed, because no updated information on order, I even paid a delivery insurance fee. No answers no replies, nothing. Why? Buyer beware!! Unless I receive my order review is what it is!!

Placed an order for a vaporizer and never received it. Tried calling, emails, and even had Norton shopping guarantee and can't get any responce.

No fulfillment, no replies to inquiries. What a waste of time and money. Total scam artists.

Ordered products that were not delivered.

i’m on day 4 after making a $500 order and am not seeing a fulfilled order. worst part is they also will not contact me back. i’ve sent numerous emails and calling only gets me straight to a voicemail. i have a bad feeling i am getting scammed. i would never suggest using vaporizer chief if you want your product.

I placed an order on March 3, 2024. Today is March 12 and it has not shipped. I have called, no answer so I left a message. I have emailed and messaged them, no response. If I don’t hear from them in the next 48 hours I will dispute the charge with my card company.

I ordered a Boundless Vaporizer, they charged my card, never shipped it and wont return phone calls or emails, I contacted thier company that they use called Route, they couldnt even help me, they tried, I told them not to work with Vaporizer chief as a client, After trying to contact Vaporizer Chief three times, I filed a report ith the Better Business Burea, maybe they'll talk to them if they dont want to talk to me, scammer beware, buy your stuff elsewhere.

Worst experienced. Not responding to emails, left multiple messages. There is no live person you can talk to. I placed an order 6 days ago. No status on shipment. I beginning to believed I got scammed.

Horrible nothing sent, I'm now calling credit company report fraud and reporting it to the police

Customer service SUCKS. I've been ripped off. The toll free number only lets you leave voicmails which NOBODY ever answers. No call backs nor emails. I've politely left OVER a dozen voicemails about my order! SHADY business. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this scam.

Horrible they don't get back to customers I was supposed to have my stuff delivered today and never received it not even sure if this company is legit and it's super upsetting they have a call option when you call them to get a call back and they don't even call you back five phone calls later very unprofessional..
