Package didn't come after waiting for 2 months. Contacted customer service, no response for over a week. Contacted again, no response for over a week. Finally someone told me package was lost and they'd send me an update. Two more weeks went by and no follow up. I finally emailed asking for a refund and got a response right away, that the package is already on its way so I can't get a refund. Finally got the package 4 months after I ordered it, 2 months late for my mother's birthday.

I ordered adult face shields from humble crate, it took almost 2 months to arrive, it was poorly made and did not fit. I contacted them several times, they replied approximately 3 weeks later and said the shields could not be returned. I’m stuck with useless face shields and did not get a refund. I do not recommend this company.

Took three months to receive an item. this is a colombian overseas company. you are charged an overseas fee on top of what you order. they offer a “skip the line” fee which is a red flag. got my puzzle 3.5 months. after i ordered. they are garbage and and a scam

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Like many others, I bought a Moruska puzzle in early April, it was "lost" in CA and I'm getting the run around from "Fran" all the way into late July. I will be filing a dispute with PayPal if I get yet another unhelpul, generic response from this awful company. I feel like they're just trying to keep people in limbo wondering whether or not they'll get a replacement until the eligibility for filing a dispute has passed.

As others have shared, DO NOT purchase from this company. I ordered a puzzle on April 13. By June 1, still no puzzle and tracking info showed no movement from their warehouse in CA (I live in CO). Contacted seller, received prompt reply from "Fran," customer specialist, apologizing and promising to check on my order and send updated tracking info. Suggested I wait 7-10 biz days to receive order. I kinda forgot about it and when I remembered by beginning of July still had not received the puzzle. Tracking info showed "Not Found" so I contacted them again to ask for a refund. "Fran" again replied, apologizing for delay, and promised to look into it. Asked that I wait 7-10 biz days to get new shipment (as if shipping anything from CA to CO takes 7-10 biz days?). At that point I googled this company and found these reviews. I replied that I did not want a new shipment, I wanted my money back, and they had had more than enough time to figure this out if they were actually sending a product. "Fran" replied that now that she had passed info on to the shipping department, it was now too late to cancel. To which I basically replied, "BS." (but in nicer language) and filed a complaint with PayPal. I contacted seller again to let them know and give them opportunity to resolve this between us directly, as PayPal suggests, and "Fran" continued to ignore my request for a refund and stuck to the story that a new product would be shipped out. That was last week. This morning I escalated the complaint to an official claim with PayPal and am hoping to get my money back. I'm embarrassed that I didn't look into this company before ordering!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I wish there were a negative star review. Ordered April 13th, still no puzzle. It has been "in transit" to USPS for a long time.

Months in, no product, no response to email. AVOID

I ordered a Moruska Large 1000 piece puzzle in April and still have not received it as of July 12th. I have emailed several times and have been told that, as far as they are concerned, they show the item shipping on April 29th from Inglewood, CA and that they will not refund my money. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and I am in the process of notifying the BBB. Total scam and shame on Facebook for not making sure that reputable companies are advertising with them. I definitely learned my lesson.

I would give this company negative stars! Like many others, I saw a cool puzzle and placed my order back in mid April. Today is July 10th and still no puzzle! I've emailed them multiple times and they keep asking for my patience and understanding during this time of COVID19 during a pandemic. They issued me a tracking number, most likely fake. According to my tracking number, my puzzle has been sitting in Humble, Texas since June 22nd. Hasn't moved at all. I've asked for a refund numerous times and have been told that since my package has shipped, they can't provide a refund. I've definitely learned my lesson on ordering from a company I'm not familiar with. In the future, I will only be ordering from reliable companies that I am familiar with... there are many reliable puzzle companies here in the USA that I have ordered from and have received my puzzles in a timely fashion... I'm also extremely disappointed in Facebook for allowing scam companies to put ads in their site... Come on Facebook, please get rid of the ads for all these scam companies...

I waited four months for this $30 puzzle. FOUR FRICKIN MONTHS! That is NOT ok. Pandemic or not. And every single time I asked for a refund I got crickets. This was the worst experience I’ve ever...EVER had with a company. Save your time, money, and energy.

So to combat boredom during pandemic I ordered two puzzles from them. About a month in I got an email from them apologizing as the warehouse where they were stored had flooded and everything was ruined. They had to wait for more stock from the manufacturer. So then a month later I get a notice saying they will be shipped. Nothing, nothing, nothing. Then one day I get an email saying my order was delivered. An order containing two puzzles for which I paid for already two months ago. I open the package and there is no packing slip and one puzzle. I recheck my email that states I have ordered and paid for two puzzles. So I email them and get a response saying they were delivered. I emailed them back and said perhaps you don’t understand what I am saying, I ordered two puzzles and paid for them, you took my money and you shipped me one puzzle but emailed me that you were sending me my two puzzles. I get an email back from Fran saying I should check with my mail carrier. I did. I also spoke to the post master. There isn’t a second package Fran, you send me a shipping email saying you were shipping my two puzzles under 1 tracking number. I received 1 puzzle not 2. I emailed them again saying if this was beyond her scope to pass me over to her manager or someone else who understands the words coming out of my mouth and send me my puzzle or refund me or my next move would be to BBB and social media and my credit card to dispute the charges and get all my money back. Well, as you can imagine I have heard only crickets! As it was I paid $60 for two cool puzzles, but only received one. $30 per puzzle is too much but $60 for one puzzle- you can bet I am going to dispute this charge with my credit card company! Don’t waste you money or time with them!
UPDATE: I received another email back from them saying too bad too sad essentially. They say there were two puzzles. I sent them photos of exactly what I got and that there were not in fact two puzzles because there is no way two could have fit in the packaging BECAUSE THERE WERENT TWO PUZZLES. So this morning I spoke with my creditcard company and got credited for one puzzle. They will dispute the charge with them and put Humblecrate on the watch list for a company that repeatedly scams people!

Like many other reviews. I ordered some N95 masks with respirators and was sent a thin paper mask and a letter apologizing they couldn’t send what I ordered! I asked for a refund and they didn’t respond. They basically stole my money. I ordered a 2020 Tesla and they sent me a 1991 wreck with 3 wheels missing.

Wish I could could give them 0 stars!! I ordered a puzzle, face shields, and gloves from them back in April. Wednesday will be June and I still haven’t received my items. “Fran”, the customer support specialist has ignored my last few emails regarding my concern for my package. I’m contacting the BBB and letting know about this sketchy, fraudulent company. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! The other reviews are 100% accurate. Shame on them for taking advantage of people!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered 2 puzzles in March. Never received. Kept getting the run around with invalid tracking numbers. 3+ months later received 1 of the puzzles in a broken box. Contacted them again about the second puzzle. Asked for a refund for the not received puzzle and was told
“Unfortunately, upon checking, some items in your order were purchased under special discounts (extra 60%-70% off)

Please be informed that one-time offers or special discounts are Final sale and are not eligible for refunds.“

This is their response to me about a never received puzzle after over 3 months!! Worst company ever.... taking advantage of bored families during a pandemic!!

This “company” will take your money the day you order something from them and then provide a bogus tracking number (that has not been handed off to USPS) for months on end. They will only get back into contact with you and “assure you” your item is on its way after you escalate this issue to your credit card company/PayPal.

I wish I could give zero stars (and I also wish I had looked up this company before placing an order). My puzzle was theoretically "shipped" two months ago. It is not here. They claim it is on its way. Unless someone is walking the puzzle across the US on foot, it is clear that they took my money but did not send me a puzzle. I have requested that my money be refunded; big surprise that is has not been...

I ordered a puzzle almost 5 months about. It still has not been delivered. I’ve requested a refund 6 times now and they have yet to refund my money or respond to my request. Months ago when they did decide to respond they said the item was shipping 2 months after ordering and yet that item still says sitting in California as it has been for the last 5 months! Do not waste your money on this scam of a company.

Update to my previous review: I did finally receive the puzzle I ordered - several days after I posted that review (of course). Still - customer service is bad, and time to receive the product was a little ridiculous, even considering that shipping times are longer during the pandemic.

Ordered item on April 12, 2020 - have received nothing to date. Website is a shell advertising stuff made in China. They wait until they get enough orders for a particular listing then place the order overseas. Have no control over shipping, quality, etc. Don't waste your time or money - little chance of receiving your item and ZERO chance of a refund. Buyers beware.

Ordered one item on 20 April 2020. Received shipping notice on May 17, 2020. Here it is June 23, 2020, item still in transit! 2 requests for a refund have not been acknowledged. I'll update if/when received. :/ PS. finally received the package on 3 July!
