Good bike, good service
Bought the City Vanture, and I've loved the bike. It is significantly lighter than most ebikes I've seen and looks exactly like a normal bike. A few more screws holding the frame together than I'd like, but it has been a great ebike. A part got cracked and the warranty process to get a replacement was painless; great support team!

I had bought a used vanlife e-bike and could not pair it to my phone
I had bought a used vanlife e-bike. I wanted to configure the app to pair with the e-bike but it kept asking me for a frame number and when I entered the serial number on the frame it stated "vehicle not found".
I contacted the support on the website through the chat feature. I was able to go back and forth with the support agent (over a span of 2 days as they were in a different time zone) explaining the issue. I explained where and who I purchased the e-bike from used ,as they first wanted an order Id. Then they asked for pictures of the bike and serial. I showed the screenshots of the error in the app. They finally resolved the issue by asking for the picture of the qr pairing screen on the bike console and had their software team update the back end. Finally I could pair my new "used" e-bike with the vanlife app! It's a great product and the support is excellent. The e-bike is a grand teton pro and it is packed with great features, it's a fun ride and I am really happy with the product!

Ik heb een jaar geleden een fiets…
Ik heb een jaar geleden een fiets gekocht bij een verdeler in de streek die inmiddels gestopt is. Er zijn wat problemen en wisten niet waar naar toe tot ik contakt opnam met het vanpowers team [Evelyn]. Ik ben zeer tevreden met de manier van hulp dat ze bieden er wordt alles gedaan om de fiets in orde te krijgen.
Er waren oa problemen met de batterij en op 3 dagen was er een nieuwe wat heel snel is. Nu helpen ze met nog met instellingen van de fiets en dit altijd op een vriendelijke en behulpzame manier. Echt een top team is. Danny Coen

When I opened the box, I was impressed by how carefully each part was packed.
The bike was very easy to assemble—anyone can do it!
Riding it is very smooth, stable on the road, and powerful when going uphill.
The design is great—easy to get on and off thanks to the open frame.
I chose the gray color, which looks modern and beautiful (like the other colors too!).
Just one small note: the seat isn’t 100% comfortable, but you can easily replace it with one that suits .

I bought two of the Urban Glide
I bought the Urban Glide; then another for my wife. We are in our late 60s and ride in the lowest power, one. We rode 1600 miles last year. We get around 65 miles on one battery.
These bikes are very well engineered. I research E bikes for hours before buying the Vanpowers bike.
An extra battery is expensive, but I would strongly recommend buying one when you buy the bike; we bought an extra for each bike and needed them numerous times. One battery failed 22 months after purchase which was fully replaced by Van powers.
Numerous people have asked about our bikes and after talking with us, they too have purchased Vanpower bikes.

If want you e-bike that looks like and rides like a regular bike, this is a great bike.
This was my first e-bike and I wanted to be as simple as possible and to feel as a regular bike. The city checks all the boxes. There were some hiccups along the way. I ordered a refurbished bike, because I was not sure I'll switch to an e-bike. When the bike arrived, one of the brake cable was cut, but the customer service was extremely responsive and I was reimbursed for the repair. The bike rides great. But if you plan to ride over 20 miles and use the higher power levels (4 & 5), the battery will drain. Generally, if you live in a place with not too many hills, ride relatively short distances, and want something that looks like and rides like a regular bike, this is a great bike.

Great Ebike my wife gave me for my…
Great Ebike my wife gave me for my bday. I loved it after it arrived and started assembling it…All black just as I wanted. I’m on 60’s and have a carbon road bike but wanted some assistance climbing steep hills and this Ebike will definitely help and it looks gorgeous you can’t tell it’s an Ebike. I got it on Dec’24 & rode it 2-3 times a week & a lot of steep hills where I live until almost 300th mile (5 months) motor & monitor display shutdown. I emailed Vanpowers and Evelyn assisted me in figuring out what went wrong. We did a lot of tests and finally she decided to send me a replacement bike. They really stand behind their product and I was so glad I got this Ebike from Vanpowers. Evelyn, thank you so much for your support.

Na eerder al goed geholpen te zijn, herhaalde een probleem met de snelspanner van het voorwiel zich.
Net als toen werden we prima geholpen: er werden reserve-onderdelen opgestuurd (die snel geleverd werden) en we kregen een duidelijke instructie mee om een veilige installatie te garanderen.
Wij stuurden ter controle nog een aantal foto's door, waaruit bleek dat er toch iets niet klopte. De feedback bleek zeer waardevol.
Met andere woorden: een uitstekende service van de dienst naverkoop.
