Worst service I have received. Avoid at all costs
Worst service I have ever reicieved. Four weeks after purchase item was never shipped. As other customers have experienced on here, same template messages of the item in process etc.
Further still, the company have not processed my return within the five days it states on their website. Therefore they are in breach of thier own policy. My lawyer has been informed. When explaining the matter to the customer support team it seemed to be fobbed off like all my other requests. Unbelievably poor service. The company is acting illegally and they don't seem to care?
I strongly advise shopping with this company. You will regret it

Avoid to not waste your time and disappoint yourself
I bought on the 9th of May galaxy s6 edge 64 black, I was prepared that I have to wait a little bit before I put my hand on the new phone. Anyway one month passed and they had not dispatch the item. I open 4 tickets asking them when they will dispatch and they always replied and gave me a silly excuses (influx of website and platform sales) and that they upgrade my order for free to Express Delivery on the actual dispatch day. however, 36 days passed and they sent me an email telling me that the item is out of stock, they ask me if i replace my order with anything else and they will give a big discount. I thought same phone but with different colour (white). anyway they replied that i have to pay extra 39 pounds as the white is more expensive. Dealing with valuebasket.com unpleasent and unprofessional.
I will give them undeserved extra 2/3 days to process a complete refund or I contact my bank to dispute the transaction.

Appalling considering the premium items being bought
I purchased a pair of Shure SE846 earphones on 31 May. On that date, I received a confirmation email saying that goods should be dispatched within 2-4 working days, arriving within 5-8 working days. When there was still no sign of the item, I logged into my account to find the order status still as "Processing", and that there was a backlog of orders to fulfill. Considering the item was well over $1000, that the team could not even be bothered to contact me with this development was disappointing enough.
I then proceeded to email them to ask when I could expect delivery. The replies were infuriating templates and worst, non-committal. When They were unable to give me an estimated date of delivery, I asked for the order to be refunded. Instead of accepting their failure to uphold their end of a sales contract, they started offering all sorts of inconsequential "freebies" like travel adapters to sweeten the deal. When I insisted on my money back, the team stopped replying to me altogether.
I have tried calling their Singapore, Australian and British telephone lines for the last few days. On all occasions, the line has a pre-recorded message saying "we are having technical difficulties, please email us instead".
I fear that this company is a huge SCAM. Please avoid at all costs. I have now had to resort to calling my credit card company to create a dispute. Avoid unless you want to throw money away.

Edit: I have since seen other reviews on this site and others complaining of exactly the same thing. Their emails are always the same, including the last one that was sent to me:
"My sincere apologies for the delay in shipping your order.
We are trying our best to fulfill all orders as soon as possible but do not want to commit to a specific date to fall through and disappoint you at the end of the day. However, I would like to assure you that our relevant team is on their best effort to dispatch your order to you as soon as possible.
Once we ship the item, you will receive an email with a tracking number, and sincerely hope this arrangement is acceptable.
I’ve had your order escalated to priority status and see that we've already had it upgraded to expedited delivery. I expect your order to be dispatched in the next few business days.
Thanks in advance for your patience. If you have any further queries, do reach out to us and we'll answer them for you as best we can."
The website hides their trading numbers. I would highly encourage everyone affected by their scam to make the relevant consumer complaint (probably Consumer Affairs Victoria).

Ordered £550+ instock ipad on May 13. Still waiting. Now cancelling.
May 13: I ordered a 12.9" ipad air pro, that was listed as in stock. paid by bank transfer and sent proof of the transfer.
May 23: Valuebasket informs me my ipad colour choice isn't in stock. In order to make up for inconvenience an undisclosed one off management discount was to be offered to compensate me.
May 26: Valuebasket provides a link for me to choose an alternative colour. Strangely the item I ordered was listed as one of the colour alternatives to choose, in stock along with the others. Still, I choose an alternative colour.
May 27: New order placed by Valuebasket for a new colour choice with mention of expedited delivery and reference to an £11 price difference which I would have needed to arrange a refund for after receiving the item. No mention of further managerial discount.
June 1: Sincere apologies offered by way of a £12 pen drive as compensation. I rejected that as I don't need a pen drive. I just want my order.
June 9: After contacting them again I am informed that my order is being processed. I didn't cancel because the savings on the item is significant when compared to other retailers so desperate to hang in there and get my ipad.
June 13: Received this mail from Valuebasket just now: Due to unprecedented demand for our products and services a few of our orders have been delayed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. This does not deter from the fact that we are doing our very best to ensure your order gets shipped out in the coming days. To ensure minimal delays moving forward, we have upgraded all orders to expedited delivery service which means the parcel will reach your door step within 2-3 working days. As a further gesture of goodwill, we have added a free travel adapter to your order. We have also improved localization service order with which you receive alerts update shipping and you can check their location in real time. Hope this goes some way in restoring your confidence with us. Your extended patience and understanding in the matter is truly appreciated, should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to let us know.

I've now asked for a refund as I have no confidence having read other people's reviews that I am going to get my item. All correspondence has been polite but it has dragged on and on. Now I'm worried I won't even get my refund in a timely manner.
I have spent over £1000 with this company in the past and have had no unusual delays. So I think if you order something in stock you shouldn't have a problem. However, their stock levels aren't an indication of whether or not something is actually in stock. And if it's not, i'm not convinced you'll ever get it. Something is either in a warehouse or it's not. I can't understand why it should take over a month to get something that is in stock.

Poor customer service - Bad experiance
I order a stock item on the 25th of April some 7 weeks ago and have yet to have the item. Its still showing as in stock now.
I was promised Priority care and that never materialized. I was promised a dispatch date and thats been and gone. Their customer phone line has been out of action for 4 weeks and emails rarely get replied to. Overall I have been very disappointed and cannot recommend value basket under any circumstances.
My advice is to pay more else where and actually get the item.
FOLLOW UP :- I cancelled and bought elsewhere. It arrived in 5 days with no problems. I have been waiting over a month for my money back from (non)valuebasket and have passed the information onto my credit card company who are now dealing with the matter. AVOID THEM AS SAVE YOURSELF THE AGRO

worst experience
I ordered two items on 10th of May. Nothing has come for two weeks, I call to customer service and they promised me it'll be delivered in two weeks and my birthday gift will be delivered on time. Nearly after two weeks i called to valuebasket again, they broke their promise and confirmed that the order might be delivered on time. Later I cancelled my order, I didn't get the refund yet. a week has passed, a bit confused what to do.

Read 'Dispatched within 1 to 2 months' rather than '6 to 8 days'
I have placed an order on May 8th but still have not received the damn thing. Although they answered all my mails very apologetically and with a faked sense of service-orientation, nothing substantial transpired from them until last week when they said that the product was shipped. However, the shipping seems to be a snail-mail drag as well: the item has not moved much since last week.

What a disappointment
Experience from the Netherlands.
I have ordered an iPad Air 2 on this website on 22 May and I still haven't received anything. The status on my order is still "delay" without any further information for a possible send date. While it says on their website that it would not take more than 10 work days... This is utterly unprofessional and I would very much like my money back!!
If I had known about this beforehand I would have never ordered from here.
And it is also almost impossible to find a telephone number but when you do, you have to wait for more than 10 minutes for them to answer your call. So customer service is not good either. This is why I am trying it on Trustpilot.
I hope I see my money back...

Rubbish company
Placed a order for a Samsung Galaxy S6 for £391.99 on the 5th May 2016. The reason I picked Value Basket was the price and the delivery timescale. After waiting the alotted time for delivery I still had no phone.
I contacted them on many occasions to find out where my phone was.
Although they replied promptly their was a myriad of excuses why the couldnt deliver my phone. After taking advice i asked for a refund on the 25/05/2016. On the email i recieved from value basket it stated the following "Refunds typically take 2-5 working days to process from our end, depending on how you paid for your original order (we always credit back to the same credit card that you used for payment). Unfortunately it can sometimes take another 2-3 days for your bank to process the refund, so we advise that you allow 7 days for the funds to be seen in your account." So as of today 9/9/2016 I still have no refund and after nine emails to Value Basket all i have recieved is loads and loads of excuses. The way this company treats its customers is horrendous they take your money and then drag their heels when you ask for it back. Please think twice before you order for this company check out all the review sites before ordering

Very good
Ordered a Nikon DX AF-S Nikkor 55-300mm ED VR lens very pleased with this lens. I was a bit worried when I did read the reviews after ordering but did decide to wait. I placed my order on the 6th May and got my lens delivered on the 7th June which was 20 working days but the lens did come from Hong Kong. I know value basket did say 8 -10 days but I think depends on where the products are coming from. They kept me informed all the way with updates and I patiently waited, I'm glad I did the lens is excellent. Knowing now that the orders can be a bit behind I would recommend allowing longer than they state for deliveries.
2 AND A HALF MONTHS later and still waiting- CHEATERS - Be careful!
NOW IT IS 10 WEEKS AND THEY ARE STILL SAYING THE DELIVERY IS LATE. tHEY ARE STILL TAKING ORDERS FOR THIS CAMERA AND THEY REFUSE TO DELIVER. COMPLETE AND BUTTER LIES ALL THE TIME . TIME TO ASK FOR A REFUND! Very frustrating dealing with this company in Spain. I have paid for a camera €337 plus extra delivery insurance and from that moment on 25 April until 10 June I have received nothing but apologies that they are busy. They continue to take orders and give excuses. No clear answer and many people have a problem receiving their items as I now see on the reviews.6 weeks later and nothing sent to me??

Perfect Throughout
I was a bit nervous ordering from this site because I had not come across it previously, so I was unsure on what level of service I would receive. I researched the site and it seemed legit so decided to order my iPad Air 2 from them because frankly the price was so good I couldn't resist! From start to finish on ordering I was updated regularly with emails about where my parcel was and estimated time of arrival! I couldn't recommend this site enough and if I need anything again I will no doubt be looking here first!!!

He comprado dos veces en este sitio. La primera vez todo salió bien, una experiencia típica de compra en línea (nada especial, solo bien). Esta segunda ocasión ha sido una pesadilla: Después de 2 meses en estado de "Su pedido está experimentando retraso" (el sitio decía que a lo más serían 30 días) y 2 respuestas que solo eran copiar y pegar de una respuesta estándar (en ambas el texto era exactamente el mismo, solamente la firma era distinta) y ninguna información útil, decidí cancelar mi pedido; ahora todo indica que tomará otros 2 meses que me reembolsen mi dinero. Supongo que tendré que checar con PayPal si ellos pueden ayudarme con eso.

Ordered an LG G4 a month ago for £230 and its still not even been dispatched. Judging from all the other reviews here, this company is fraudulent and clearly does not even intend to send us our orders. I am asking for a full refund and hope they have the decency to return my money.

I'm going to break down my run in with this utterly useless company in a timeline of events. firstly i have ordered a £575 mobile phone and it still isn't here my order was placed on the 21/05/2016
- 30/05/2016 first contact with customer services asking where my phone is.
Their response: Your order is at the processing stage. It will be made ready for dispatch as soon as possible. I understand the urgency to receive the goods asap and can assure you that we're working diligently to fulfill your order at the soonest possible time.
- 02/06/2016 second contact with customer services asking where my phone is.
Their response: I apologize for the delay in shipping your goods. I can see how important this is to you and do apologize for any inconvenience caused
I investigated this matter and discovered that your order was delayed due to a sudden influx of orders that were received over the past few weeks. Our fulfillment team is working hard to clear the current backlog as quickly as possible.
We have implemented a new delivery system to cope with the growing number of orders coming through so that we can handle orders faster and better in the future.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay. We will be in touch as soon as we have a firm delivery date.
- 06/06/2016 third contact with customer services asking where my phone is.
Their response: Thank you for contacting us.
We humbly apologize for the delay in shipping your goods. I have forwarded the matter to our logistics department and they are now overseeing the situation.

so basically this company from what i can work out is incredibly disorganised. haven't got a clue what is going on and are unable to do basic business activities such as put an order together and send it out to their customers.

Steer Clear
I made an order on the 9th May for a Galaxy S7. At the same time I cancelled my phone contract. The delivery time was stated as 'typically shipped in 2-5 days and delivered in 3-8 days'. I had 30 days on my contract so there was plenty of time to get my phone and be able to port my number to the new SIM I had, which required an unlocked phone.
At least, that's what I thought.
In the coming days I checked the website to find out the status of my phone. The first query I made received an email back (13th May) to state that delivery of the item would still be within the suggested time.
I queried again and received an email on the 19th May to say that there was 'slight delay to your order due to our backlog on our logistics end'.
By the 25th May I decided enough was enough. All of the other sites I looked at required a delivery time of at least 5 days and if I wanted to be able to keep my number of ~12 years I would need a refund so that I could go and shop somewhere else. This is what I requested on 25th May.
Another email on 2nd June to ask where my refund was and I received an email on 3rd June to say 'your order is cancelled and a refund has been issued'.
I now have 1 week to get an unlocked phone so that I don't miss the window to transfer my PAC code and port my existing phone number.
Yesterday I received a refund of my money, leaving me no time to get another phone.
This means that thanks to valuebasket I have now lost my phone number of ~12 years and was left for a number of weeks with no goods and no idea of when I would be able to get my money back. Which, incidentally, is taken immediately as you place the order, not when an order actually ships, as is the case with most reputable companies.
If you have a problem with money, maybe you don't like it and need to punt some out, have a go at valuebasket. Maybe you're tempted by the apparently low prices of these mysterious goods that never seem to arrive.
My advice is to steer clear of valuebasket at all costs. I have found an S7 on a more reuptable website now for the same price and it will be delivered tomorrow (1 DAY).

Terrible service - no response or customer service
I ordered a Camera with them because it was great price, paid extra for express delivery needing it the same week. They reserved the money right away and processed the payment the next day, when I presumed the Camera was being shipped. When it wasn't there I logged on for tracking information etc. There's no order in order history for the desktop version but on mobile website I can see my order. I've sent emails, used the contact form and tried to call and had no luck. I am going to have to open a dispute via my card company to try and recover the money
