531,90€ for iPhone SE ordered 25 June2016 never received. Canceled order and asked for refund - also not received. Now get email saying company's going into liquidation meeting 9 August 2016. Will try asking my bank to see if they can help. Otherwise don't know where to turn?

Plz， dont dont dont dont ever try this rubbish company plz. They never give you what you bought. It's a rubbish fraud company. This rubbish website wasted me 2 months of time and never gave my money back. I was lucky that my bank helped me with the refund. But, never try this rubbish fraud. It can bring you angry, disappoint, endless waiting, trouble, but not goods.

Bonjours je ne recommande pas ce site en effet j'ai efféctué une commande dater du 28 mai 2016 pour un galaxy S7. Au bout de 3 mois donc le site ferme alors que pendant ce temps je n'ai pas cesser de demander des informations sur l'état de ma commande ainsi que des demandes d'annulation près de 32 mails ont étés envoyés. Etant donné la fermeture du site je souhaiterais fortement obtenir le remboursement de ma commande!

Similar experience to others. Regret not checking before placing order.

Ordered a camera lens that was in stock and guaranteed despatch within 5 to 8 days. Still not sent 4 weeks later despite promises, so cancelled order and was advised refund would appear in a few days. Another 4 weeks and still no refund despite more promises.

I had paid by credit card so contacted the bank and started the dispute process. Got my money back within a week. This is the only way to get a refund, don't let it go on too long before doing this.

Stay away from this outfit.

Made this order a couple of weeks ago. Should have been shipped in 2-5 days.

Nothing.

Chased after a week and got standard reply. Order finally moved into picking state.

Now site is "Out Of Service" and can't cancel or request refund. Thankfully I paid with a credit card. Raised it with my bank so hopefully I should get my money back soon.

Llevo desde abril esperando a que me reparen, sustituyan o devuelvan el dinero del objetvio que mandé para su reparación. A día de hoy no tengo noticias. ¿Es esto una broma? ¿Cuánto más tengo que seguir esperando? ¿O es mejor que de el siguiente paso y ponga una denuncia por estafa?

I send the phone in warranty to Value Basket already almost 2 month ago, since it had a well known production problem, and they agreed to repair. I didn't receive anymore any meaningful communication from them regarding the status of reparation. If I write now I receive automatic reply. Also the phone number is not working.. I don't know anymore where is my phone,
An other time that I bought something from Value Basket, it was supposed to arrive in 5 days.. I received after 2 months..

El 28 de junio hice un pedido por valor de 978€. El 12 de julio me remiten un email en el que me informan de que tienen problemas por el alto volumen de pedidos, y que el próximo 20 de julio harían el envío. El 19 de julio se vuelven a excusar indicándome
que en el plazo máximo de dos semanas harían el envío. Hoy 28 de julio la web ha dejado de funcionar, no hay manera de ponerse en contacto

My adventure with the shop is similar to many others. 20.06 I sent a request to cancel the order after 2 months of waiting for the ordered equipment. During this time, the phone in my case: Sony Xperia Z3 + was, and is still available on the amount at the moment 3 pcs., And lead time, "we send usually within 2-6 days," nothing but order. After a week, and another sent warnings, someone kind I wrote that my decision is respected and your order has been canceled, a refund will take up to 7 working days, then the question was about the next 5 until the end of the administration of the terms replaced the information that you have a problem with the system settlement and, of course, immediately after the repair refund will be made. I do not have money today, and considering all the opinions I do not have too much hope for their recovery.

placed my order with them in April 2016 did not receive my goods requested a refund have sent over 25 emails and am still not received my money back

Very happy with ValueBasket, considerably cheaper for both an iPad and HTC One M9.

Delivery is quite slow, but its worth it to get the cheaper price.

Would definitely use again for future tech purchases

Just waited six weeks patiently, sending multiple emails in the process to see where my order is. Due to this I was unable to take photos on my holiday abroad which is what I originally bought the camera for 4 weeks before that! I have just recently come to the conclusion that my item will never arrive and their site is now down so am unable to take further action there.

if you are just reading this last bit- don't even go on their website. It's ALL a scam. I just lost £500 that I'll never get back.

It took a month for my phone to arrive and it is supposed to take only max 14 days. The phone was an UAE phone and the theme app wasn't working. I gave them all the evidence they needed for their investigation and they found out the phone is faulty. It took a month of them repeating themselves telling me need to send the same information again. Now they are telling me can return the phone but it will only be refunded if they can't fix the problem or find the replacement even though asked for a refund. So now if I return the phone I will be charged for administration cost and shipping cost even though it was not my fault the phone had a problem. The company based in China so pay a heavy amount for shipping that wont't be refunded. This is a scam. Their website says something completely different and now they don't accept orders as well in the UK market.

I am currently in the middle of the worse online buying experience of my life. I purchased a camera & lens ( total value $2000+) on May 9th. Still no order after 3 weeks , once I realised I was never getting this order plus I urgently need to get a camera I asked for a refund. Still waiting on refund, every email gets promptly replied with an apology and excuse for a delay. I finally managed to get through to the call centre and the lady told me ( who is based in Philippines ) that they are experiencing a problem with the finance company and can't commit to a date when I can expect a refund. When i asked to speak with a manager she said her manager only takes emails. Apartenetly the company is based in HK but I am guessing this is a bogus address. Its shocking to read the number of people who they have conned over the past few years and yet are still in operation. Does anyone know how we can stop further these guys from doing it to other people. Its seriously awful as lot of people are been conned.

Ordered a computer, said 4 available. Paid via bank transfer. Few days later found all the bad reviews. Contacted the company approx 2 weeks later to find out the status of my computer. Seems the oversold (if they ever had) the computer I ordered. Told me on back order, waited 2 weeks more contacted them and told they were in the process of getting a computer. After a few days of haggling with them for a solution I asked for my money back. At this point I have been waiting over a month. So I waited another week for my refund ... contacted the NSW Australia Fair Trade to help me get my money back on the 2nd week. Now it is getting onto 3 weeks of no refund and 8 weeks of dealing with this company. And I see that I can no longer access the company via the Website and I still have not received my $2469,00 AU back.

Ordered a dji Phantom4 drone that was in stock on there .com.au website
late June, I looked at the website details like delivery's details etc I got sucked in by the website posting as local business in SA Australia with a local std land line phone number.

after the 2-4 working day time line from the website for delivery I called them to see if it was shipped but got a funny feeling on the phone, then I did some googling and found all these very bad reviews here.

So i cancelled the item, after numerous phone calls and emails after their window for refunds, I am no closer to getting my money back over $2000!
They say same same thing on the phone and the emails that pretty much cut and paste responses!

I'm at the point of taking legal action and I've communicated to them but they don't care! Hopefully see people said these reviews before spending any money on there site..

Still waiting for my refund back!

I have made about 10 orders of high value equipment over the last few years, and can testify that the quality of the goods have always been top draw.

For every order you need to give 3 weeks at least, my last order took about 1 month, but in the end it came through. Yes they are slow but I put that down to them being so busy as often the prices are often of great value.

If you need the goods quick then be prepared to pay £100s more and order from UK, otherwise patience is needed from ValueBasket.

Todo comenzó hace más de un mes que al buscar en Amazon me sugería esta web, error salir de Amazon y comprar en Value Basket.

Realice el pedido de un teléfono Samsung por €600 y es increíble el número de excusas que me dan sobre mi pedido. Me dijeron que me enviaran mi pedido pero cada semana experimentan retrasos y cada reclamo en su web es un contestador automático de que su pedido será enviado próximamente pero pasan los días y sigo enviando solicitudes por su web y ya no tengo ni siquiera respuesta. Solicite la devolución de mi dinero y tampoco responden, espero algún día llegue el pedido. Voy a tramitar con mi TArjeta de crédito la denuncia para que no puedan seguir vendiendo y haciendo fraude a la gente.

il 26 maggio ho ordinato una fotocamera che doveva essere spedita in 7-9 gg lavorativi. dopo 40 gg e svariate mail e relative risposte generiche da parte del misterioso ENZO, decido di annullare l'ordine. Siamo al 28 luglio e nonostante il pagamento sia stato effettuato con carta di credito sono ancora in attesa dei miei 780 euro. Da oggi il sito risponde con una segnalazione d'errore "Hello from Valuebasket - unfortunately at the present time we are not accepting orders." che francamente mi preoccupa. Qualcuno sa se fare denuncia alla polizia serva a qualcosa? Veramente pessimi

op 21 juni een sigma lens besteld die na uiteraard 9 dagen niet geleverd is. Verschillende momenten mail wisselingen gehad,

elke keer bericht gekregen dat het vertraagd was en zelfs is er vanuit hun kant gezegd dat hij uiterlijk 14 juli verzonden zou zijn, want ja echtwaar zij begrepen me zeker dat het niet leuk is om op iets zo lang te moeten wachten.

nadat dit niet mogelijk bleek te zijn vanuit hun kant heb ik gevraagd naar mijn geld. of het product met een enorme korting. toen kwamen ze met een tegen bod dat ik een gratis SD kaart 16 gb erbij zou krijgen hier ga ik natuurlijk niet mee akkoord dus heb aangegeven dat als dit echt zo lang gaat duren dat ik rente wil opeisen als zolang ik mijn geld niet terug hebt.

daarop kreeg ik antwoord dat dit niet de werkwijze is en mijn artikel moest annuleren. zo gezegd zo gedaan...

maar waar ik al bang voor was is de website in ene niet meer bereikbaar en krijg je te zien dat ze momenteel geen orders meer kunnen opnemen.

en krijg geen mail met reactie meer terug.
nu ben ik bang dat ik als sommige van jullie ook ervaren heeft dat ik waarschijnelijk weken danwel niet maanden kan gaan wachten op mijn geld.

zo een fraude bedrijf zou direct van het internet verbannen moet worden.
ik was er via Google shopping terecht gekomen ik zou graag willen zien dat dit soort bedrijven nooit toegestaan worden in deze online zoekwinkel machines.

verder valt het me op dat ik bij iedereen die klaagt het zelfde zie staan dat iedereen de zelfde klachten heeft.

Ik hoop op mijn geld, ben bang dat ik 600euro kwijt ben.
