Well I did get someone from technical support to reply to me and they gave me a calendar to set up an appointment and nobody showed to the Google Meeting. I did manage to spend the time reading through their Zendesk software to figure it out and it was pretty easy then.
Their onboarding is not intuitive and really has the feeling of a thrown together startup without someone investing in good user experience and onboarding.
But at least I figured it out. Upped them to 3 stars.

I'm not technically illiterate but setting up the card makes no sense to me. I signed up and received the pretty card but when I login to my account it doesn't clearly show how to set up the card. Or when I scan it with my QR code it is not clear either.
It seem like it promises so much but the delivery of the onboarding process is a joke and so overly engineered the user experience is awful.
I reached out to customer support and no response yet.
Hoping someone reached out to me to make this right or going to issue a fraud charge on my credit card.

I recently ordered name cards from this company and am deeply disappointed with their service and quality control. Due to a shipment delay, I received my cards later than expected. Upon returning from an overseas trip, I discovered that the cards were severely bent, likely due to inadequate packaging. The envelope lacked sufficient stuffing to protect the contents, resulting in significant damage.

When I reached out to the company, they refused to take responsibility, citing that the issue was reported more than 7 days after delivery. Despite the fact that the damage was clearly due to their poor packaging, they only offered to reprint the cards if I paid for delivery again. This is unacceptable, as the problem was entirely on their end.

Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service and quality products. They failed to meet basic expectations and showed a lack of accountability when issues arose.

I am a technological illiterate, I had 0 idea and intuition about how to set up my products. I have my default settings to font size 400 and voice assist, just to give you an idea.

The John Rex took the time to go step by step and hold my hand through the setup process, patiently giving my options to solve minor issues that came up (most were due to my ignorance and lack of knowledge about mobile devices).

We were able to get one of the products set up, but John did not stop there but went through the motions with me to make sure that I had remembered how to do it.

Fabulous customer service.

Shocking! Bundle items turned up; the lanyard was the only decent item.

V1CE NFC CARD - Blurry imaging and printing, off-centre, enough said!

KEY RING & FOB - Shocking! It turned up all rusted and damaged. It looks like it has been sitting at the bottom of the sea for the last year!

Customer service - sent pictures, and after waiting a lifetime for our reply, I was told to return the items at my own expense, and we will replace them! Since when is the customer responsible for paying for damaged, unserviceable items or lack of quality control? I requested a refund and was told items must be paid for still by the consumer and paid for.

Next steps: The Consumer Rights Act 2015, which replaced the Sales of Goods Act 1979, is all that I am going to say. I will not be contacting this company or using this company again as it seems to not be taken seriously! To that end, these pictures will be going viral on our website and social media platforms by the close of play today.

I received the best help and guidance, I was slightly lost on creating a business card and when the site went down the company and John in particular help and resolved the issues for me. 5 star

Is so easy to use and to setup, for businesses are very good no more struggle with business cards and throwing in the bin, that's perfect always with you and people don't lose your contacts , always in the phone

I signed up for V1CE over a year ago and haven't used the technology since that time. I recently changed jobs and have found that this is a better way to pass along my contact info. I needed to redo my profile and gain access to the key fob but couldn't access my account info to do so. John was very helpful in getting me set up with instructions and actually updated my profile with my permission, saving me a huge amount of time. Thank you, John!

3 weeks, still waiting for cards, being asked to deal with the delivery company by myself and sort it out - lost for words.

Before you signup, have a look on the website for options to cancel… there aren’t any!

I’ve been trying to stop payments, and despite many emails….there’s radio silence.

V1CE was always prompt and helpful when I used the customer support. When I had technical difficulties, I was grateful to John Rex who took me through step by step to resolve the issue. It was nice to have a proper video call rather than just more documentation.

I faced an issue to set up my new card and through live chat and Anna everything was easy and fast.. she was kind and helpful and respected that i needed urgent assistance.. thank you Anna and Congratulations for your Team

Was contacted by Germine, who was very patient with me. Germine helped me in transferring cards to another account. Germine was clear with his information and all his answers were clear and spread out, helping to provide a clear and concise business path for the cards.

The company provides a very cool product but with a product that requires design collaboration, most of the kudos (or criticisms) will come through that process. It's been a breeze thus far. Also, I had entered a shipping location for an office that we are getting ready to move into so I sent an email to get it changed to my home so that I could be assured of getting the cards. I received an immediate response from John who immediately made sure the corrected shipping address was made. Great customer service!! Thanks John!!

John was incredibly helpful as well as friendly and communicative, and patiently walked me through the entire process of juggling multiple people in the same account as I had never previously used V1CE before. I will definitely be reaching back out to John with any more questions
