I reordered a card and within the hour, I got the proof for print. With 2 changes, the finalized order was ready for further processing that evening (Friday). I did have a couple of questions after placing the order, and Anna was most helpful, courteous, and a problem solver. This is how customer care is done!

I thought I had worn out one of my cards, but after talking to John Rex and walking through installing the software (iPhone), Reset the NFC chip and now I'm free to tap and be tapped!

Customer service is truly terrible! My supposedly unique cards and QR codes were assigned to a new user, rendering them useless and showing incorrect information. I have been trying to contact V1CE but have been getting nowhere—just an endless string of unanswered questions and broken promises.

I have been promised a manager would be in contact with me for the past 2 days, but they instead hide behind their customer service agents. I can't get an explanation about what has happened to my cards nor any proper information about when my new cards will arrive.

Despite the seriousness of the issue, V1CE has shown that it does not care about or value its customers. I would honestly avoid them; if you run into any issues, they are unlikely to act.

Reached out since I had a feature request. Turns out there a workaround already existed where I could add the feature I was after. John, my V1CE rep, was prompt and thorough, adding a bunch of screenshots to make sure I understood what I needed to do. Can't ask for more!

Clear instructions for setting up the card

I am very impressed with the support guy John Rex at V1ce. He was so helpful with me, a total non tech.

John Rex helped me set up my V1ce business cards, and I have to say he was brilliant. He was very patient, guiding me through the process step by step. His professionalism stood out, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I’m very impressed with his customer service!

Worst experience ever! I received my card and it was an absolute pain to set up. On of the instruction or set up links work and they just say it’s due to their new CRM system. Honestly, that’s not my concern when paying £70 for a plastic card. The least I would expect is tech that works. Avoid these guys, they’re rubbish.

The young man was so helpful and patient with me, an 84-year-old man. Whatever I couldn't understand he explained in simple terms. Thank you so much.

***UPDATE***
Akshay Kumar, the operations manager, has been in touch with me regarding an updated GUI and UX for the V1CE products. This updsted app is going to fix all the issues I was having and this is exciting news.

Better review now based on quick response and resolution.

Original Review:
A very disappointing product from the perspective of the GUI and UX on the app.

When you make a social builder action you can not delete app elements that you link to the card. So instead of simply deleting the element you have to start from scratch.

Not sure who thought this was an acceptable product in its current form but I deeply regret buying this and spending so much time trying to get my car correct.

Avoid this product at all costs unless you like doing things over from the beginning everything time.

The desktop version works better though. So at least there is that.

But still haven't got my partners card and it's been a year.

Really use tool. Specially when you need multiple digital cards for you and your team. Would recommend to anyone without heistation

The worst company that ever existed.

I ordered some cards, the design team was good why to lie but then come the delivery stage. They gave it to the biggest fraudsters DHL. The DHL driver delivered it to a wrong address and then the game begins. Ofciurse DHL is not bothered so I reached out to v1ce and bot they don’t bother at all why coz they have made their monies I paid them. To them once you pay they don’t give a flying fish. I have been trying to chase so many times but guess what they are not interested. Believe me there are better companies out there who does the same service this V1CE does. They don’t don’t care, I mean they are responsible for the delivery but no as they got their monies they want to me to fight the battle with DHL , DHL is one of the worst company to work but together they have they brotherhood bind like two fraudsters getting the casino.

I swear the word V1CE makes me sick to the guts. They are very dodgy and their customer service is S……T. Trust me stay away from them .. and don’t waste your time monies or energy
