We ordered Barking Heads Fish-n-Delish…
We ordered Barking Heads Fish-n-Delish which we have been using for the last 9 years but received All Hounders Tummy Loving Care which is false advertising and has different ingredients and does not have glucosamine or chondroitin which was the main reason why we wanted what we ordered. You need to change your photo and description which are both wrong. We now have a 12kg bag of dog food that wasn't what we wanted. We contacted Barking Heads and they discontinued Fish-n-Delish and the new inferior alternative is what we received. Now have to look elsewhere for quality food. Ordering, delivery and customer service was very efficient, just a pity we received a different product than ordered.

Thank you for your email and for bringing this to our attention.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused. We understand how important the right formula is, especially when it comes to specific ingredients like glucosamine and chondroitin. We appreciate your loyalty to the Barking Heads Fish-n-Delish formula over the past nine years, and we completely understand your disappointment in receiving an unexpected substitute.
We've taken note of your concerns regarding the product listing and will review the image and description immediately to ensure they accurately reflect what is currently being supplied. It’s important to us that our product information is clear and up to date.
Thank you again for your feedback—we truly value it. Please let us know if there’s anything we can do to make this right.

Dear Joy,
Thank you for sharing your feedback on Trustpilot.
We wanted to inform you that your order has now been delivered. The recent bank holiday, combined with ongoing Royal Mail staff shortages, unfortunately caused some delays—factors that are sadly outside of our control.
As a small, family-run business, reviews like yours have a meaningful impact. Now that the delivery issue has been resolved, we’d truly appreciate it if you might consider updating your review to reflect the current status.
We’re grateful for your support and hope to provide you with an even better experience next time.
