Great serves and great quality of shimp

WARNING: Not what they advertise
After having issues with previous sellers, I found Shrimp Factory and was impressed by their website. They looked like they knew what they were doing with regards to lines, and their photos looked really high-grade. Their descriptions make out they are the ones breeding them, which I later found out to be false. I ordered some expensive OE shrimp from them, blues and reds. The shrimp that arrived were mostly low-grade shrimp, and many of them did not have orange eyes. I also received blue rillis, which they argued was impossible, again, not the high-grade shrimp they display on their page. I contacted them about it they said it could take a week for them to get the eyes back. On further research, I found articles by Michael Häsler that say that they should get eye colour back within hours, or a day or two at most, and that shrimp that have grey eyes should never happen. The article suggests requesting photos of the shrimp before they sent, I had already asked this, and they had refused. My shrimp never recovered their orange eyes. Their response at first was to cull. 16 GBP per shrimp and they suggest oh, just cull. After sending multiple videos, they resent some of each shrimp, these arrived leaking everywhere, they did apologize, but said "But least they were just in enough water". The red shrimp I have purchased are different to all my other colonies, they never come out of hiding, the blues are a lot better but the quality of them are bad. From what I can work out they sent the results of their own breeding project from the DIY kits Michael sells. Despite this, I trusted them to send another order, which they refused after taking my money. This was the final straw for me. This company does not sell high grade shrimp, and does not sell anywhere near what the pictures show on their website. They have copied and pasted Michaels descriptions which make it seem like they are the ones that have done the breeding and written articles about them. This is a very saddening experience, as based on the info and pics on their website I believed they were a respectable seller and searching for a good supplier was over. Do not order from this company.

We would like put across our side of the experience.
We feel that this review has been written in spite after the message we received from you today and has only been written since we cancelled and refunded your order due to suspected breach of our T&Cs.
If you had been unhappy with our shrimp and services you would have not placed more orders after we eventually resolved the previous issue.
We have not once taken your money without sending products or refunding appropriately.
We have offered full refunds or replacements, where you had been unhappy. However, you were still not happy with our resolutions, messaging us an uncomfortable amount of times and also at times throughout the night, despite our unreserved apologies and solutions offered. It is not our policy to photograph every order we send, however we did agree to do this when we sent your replacements. Unfortunately, the bag did split on the replacements, this was out of our control, fortunately the shrimp survived.
We advised you to cull the shrimp that you were unhappy with as you were worried about your tanks, we again offered a full refund or replacement [which we sent].
Our website and photographs are our own and have been taken with our own photography equipment, every shrimp is unique and will of course differ from the photograph as explained on our website; 'Photo of shrimp is for reference as all shrimps have different characteristics'
We do not sell blue rillis so would not have sent them out.
The reference of us using a DIY group for our own project is untrue as we sell pure lines from Michael himself, we work closely with him and stock his own lines.
We cannot be responsible for how the shrimp behave when they have left our tanks, shrimps do characteristically hide if tanks are filled with places for them to do so.
This experience is also saddening to us as we strive to give great customer service as seen by our other reviewers, but unfortunately, you were unhappy with any of our responses and solutions.
We are also aware that you are spamming other media outlets with your experience, this does not promote a healthy attitude within the shrimp community, just showing your own negativity.
