We used The Energy Check for a few years. They were perfectly fine for the first while, then for some reason two contracts failed to change over to the new supplier. Our agent, Tony Brewer, then stopped answering our calls and e-mails as we desperately tried to resolve the issue. All the while, we continued to accrue "out of contract" rates and bills. We eventually managed to get it sorted out directly with the supplier, but we're still currently out of pocket by a 5 figure sum thanks to The Energy Check.

It has been absolutely fantastic to work with The Energy Check in 2020, despite what has been such a difficult year for everyone. Our partnership with them has included sponsoring 3 of our annual shows for the public, Spring Live!, the Autumn Show & Game Fair and the Winter Fair, where their branding appeared across all of our marketing activity and they have also provided a set of branded clothing for our staff. We have found them to be responsive and flexible, and despite having to cancel 2 of the shows they were due to sponsor in 2020, they have been incredibly supportive throughout.
