Dealt with a few people at the Energy check, all very efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Jak whom we dealt with most. Would not hesitate to recommend them.
4 stars only given due to their incorrect original estimates (which could be improved on); also keeping you in the loop over the numerous phone calls is good practise, but can be slightly irritating when dealing with busy people.

Chris Davison is a wealth of information and advice. If you need some guidance on energy tariffs, decarbonisation or Salix funded grants give him a call for some unbiased advice.

Was introduced to The Energy Check by Kilmarnock Football Club, have secured a great contract until 2025 at a lower rate than our current contract. In their global pandemic any savings are very welcome. They also plan on doing an energy audit for us to identify any further potential savings.

Ryan talked me through step by step how to manage my utility bills more effectively before securing good rates and had the site audited within 3 days.

I work for an arts centre and we set up a corporate partnership with the energy check. They have helped us to reduce our energy bills whilst also providing much needed support through a generous sponsorship. Like all charities we have had a hard time during 2020, and the help we have received from the energy check has been invaluable. They're really easy to work with and very professional.

Our Account Manager, Liam Adams, has been amazing when handling our case. We have had a couple of issues with our energy supplier but Liam has really helped to clear up all of our queries and is available whenever we need him. If I could give no stars I would, this company should not be allowed to trade. They contacted our company out of the blue and we supplied a copy of the Hudson energy contract we had for our power.
Stephen Clayton came back with a slightly cheaper quotation and we changed with the energy check to Npower and our Bills are now exactly £500 per month moor and after speaking with Npower they said they are finding these problems with this company and many many more had been mis sold contracts.
The £500 relates to hidden extras.
Should they call you put the phone down, this company is a pure con.
