Andrew at Energy Check was recommended to us by a client. He has been a pleasure to deal with, very responsive friendly and very helpful. He had further energy saving suggestions even through we have already been with an alternative broker for the last 12 months, and also assisted in quickly managed to gain access to our current supplier portal which I had spent hours unsuccessfully on the phone trying to resolve. As a business we had a number of problems relating to an energy account, supplier and electricity meter. We initially attempted resolving the issues directly with the supplier ourselves but regrettably our concerns were not met in a timely fashion as expected. After a lengthy period with no resolution we thankfully received a routine call from Glen Strange at The Energy Check who is our client relations and energy manager. He immediately took the problems out of our hands and proficiently started working towards a solution and I`m pleased to say that his involvement lead to a resolution of our problems and credit of circa £16,000 being refunded by the supplier. I would recommend Glen Strange as an account and energy manager because of his professionalism.
