The quality and sizing were…
The quality and sizing were disappointing. I ordered both a medium dress and medium top, but the sizing was inconsistent; the dress fits perfectly, while the top is extremely tight and I can’t comfortably lift my arms in it. I was also surprised by the additional costs. I paid $18 USD for shipping and then had to pay an $82 CAD COD/import charge on delivery for a package that weighed only 0.8 lbs, which significantly increased the overall cost.
Unfortunately, given the synthetic materials, manufacturing origin, and final price after all fees, I don’t feel the quality matches the cost. The dress itself is nice, but I would be cautious ordering again, especially from Canada.

Was waiting for my package to come before my birthday, it said 8-10 business days so I ordered four weeks in advance and the package is still en route. Had to invent a plan b . If dhl is that untrustworthy please choose another company because I’m really disappointed.

Beware
Beware. I attempted to cancel an order before it was processed. I was told that even though it was still a pre-order/ not processed yet, that I cannot cancel. I was told that the jeans are “made to order” so they don’t allow cancellations (but my order had not been made, wouldn’t be for weeks). I needed the jeans urgently for an event - shipping times were not clear on website and non existent in my order info online in my account. Of course they only allow store credit for returns. No refunds. Very disappointed. Once I figure out a way to use up the credit for the return I will be making once the jeans are finally made and shipped, I will not shop here again.
