I ordered an incorrect item, probably all my fault. The high review score is for how my issue was treated. Very professional and within 24 hours my refund was authorised. Will definitely use company for addittional items.

I was very pleased with my purchase of a Royal Enfield Guerilla and a range of accessories and I left with the feeling that I had received a good deal and a fine product. Highly recommended.

I recently ordered some Belstaff resolve boots that aren't cheap!

They arrived with the eyelet swiftly popping out as I loosened the lace.

I contacted UR speaking to Max who arranged the return of the faulty boots, he was so helpful. He organised the prompt return, along with securing a replacent pair of Forma legacy boots.

I have tested them today in torrential rain! They passed

We all know items can sometimes not make the grade. But it is the way the issue is managed that counts.

I purchased a DMD helmet from Urban Rider last year and recently managed to loose a tensioning screw. As with my original purchased, Urban Rider were extremely helpful, great communication and have arranged for the manufacturer to send a replacement part. Would highly recommend.

As usual I had a great shopping experience with the knowledgable and friendly team at Urban Rider. They had what I wanted, and, also as usual, I found other things I didn't even know I needed, plus - nice coffee and good conversation. It was well worth a 40 minute ride across congested London to get there.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish, order was delivered next day as promised and all queries were answered via email within 12 hours I have been massively impressed with this company and their professionalism and kindness will defo us again

I live in Europe not in the UK but I make orders time to time from Urban Rider because they always have the best quality products, and they are very helpful. Delivery process is smooth, fast (including customs clearance etc.) One time the product was defected and the return process and the refund process were very smooth. Best company not only in the UK but also for Europe.

Faulty item initially returned taking the company over 48hrs to respond to my return request. Re ordered item only to receive the same faulty item in the post.
Further return request made with no response. Urban rider responded to a separate email and item returned on 21.8.25. At time of writing (25.8.25) still awaiting refund. 15% discount offered for inconvenience with an apology.
Very poor customer service and shoddy practice sending out returned faulty goods.
Suffice to say I won’t be ordering from Urban Rider again and would advise those who expect good customer service the same.

I recently made my first purchase from Urban Rider, ordering a Hiplok D1000 motorcycle lock. Initially, the experience was promising; the website was easy to use, and they quickly honoured a price match request. Dispatch was fast, and the item arrived promptly - so far, so good.

Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse upon delivery. The packaging had clearly been opened before, the inner protective materials were missing, and the lock had been rattling around loosely in the box. On closer inspection, the lock itself showed signs of wear, with minor scuffs on the surface suggesting it had been used previously.

For a premium product, this was unacceptable. I immediately emailed Urban Rider to express my concerns and request a replacement, but received no response. I then initiated the returns process via their website, which confirmed return labels would be available within 48 hours. That was nearly two weeks ago, and I've heard nothing. Since then, I've made over 16 attempts to contact their customer service team by phone and email and sending follow-ups emails but have received no reply whatsoever. The complete lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

As a first-time customer, I expected better. Instead, I've received a substandard product and zero support from Urban Rider. I can't recommend them to anyone, and I'm now left with no choice but to pursue a claim through my bank in the hope of resolving the issue.

Great customer service coupled with a good range of products to try on for size. The products are all of the highest quality too. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Very good price, extremely quick service, received item two days after ordering it. I had to return item as it was too small, totally hassle free and again, very fast service. Every interaction has been quick and very helpful (they're very responsive to email) and I will definetely be buying from them again.

Really quick and reliable service, easy to order and return items

Completely disappointed. Ordered a simple cap and it never arrived. Then I went through their “help” process and still nothing. Feel like I have robbed of my money.
