Clearly a fraud company. Never pay to them. I paid last night and I got multiple messages that order has not been placed. In the morning, I got a call from your representative who hacked my phone. Completely fraud. Stay away from them. And yes I Whatsapped you ten times since yesterday but no reply. You people are fraud and we all should expose you.

Pretty bad quality; I just kept it so that you people can not charge me anymore for a return or replacement: pathetic material and skyrocketed prices. You wanna survice in the industry? Your designs are good; work on your cloth quality. So disappointed after investing my hard-earned money.

The worst experience on Uptownie. Worst customer service. I had placed an order 1 month ago and till now it is not shipped. They are not replying to my messages nor their phone no is switched off. Why do you scam customers. Where will you take our money. Please do not fall for such cheap brands their clothes quality is the worst. I placed the order because when you return items they do not provide refund only store credits and there is no option we have to buy stuff from their fraud website.. Biggest Fraudsters..they should be removed from myntra nykaa fashion such apps too they are fraud and will be spoiling your reputation @myntra and @nykaafashion

Extremely frustrating experience with Uptownie. My order took almost 2 months to arrive, and that too only after repeated follow-ups from my side across multiple channels.
For just one order, the amount of chasing I had to do was exhausting. Poor communication, zero accountability, and a completely disappointing experience. Would not recommend at all!

I placed an order on 18th April . I still haven’t heard any reason for why it hasn’t been dispatched yet. I receive delayed sporadic updates about nothing , just empty apologies. There are many great indian websites selling clothes and delivering them on time . I am not sure I will go for uptownie or recommend it to anyone after such an experience.

I order for 2 garmets from Uptownie earlier and altough I receieved it late within 1 months time but the Quality was good. So this time I order for a formal top from Uptowie, late delivery was expected but so late its very frustating. I ordered the top on 28th Feb 2026 and now its 5th May, I have still not recieved any reply, inspite of continuous follow up on the uptownie whatsapp number(9163461658). I have also contacted on the 9674628107 given number refering to the reply on this site based on earlier comments. Just waiting for her revert.

I placed an order (Order ID: #689182) on April 21, 2026. While I received a confirmation email, there have been no updates since then regarding shipment or dispatch.
I have tried contacting customer support through multiple channels including customercare number , instagram and WhatsApp, but have not received any response so far. The complete lack of communication is extremely disappointing.This experience has been very poor.

Absolutely loved my purchase from Uptownie! The outfit is super stylish yet so comfortable to wear. The fabric feels great on the skin and the fit is just perfect. It’s definitely a brand I’ll keep coming back to.

One of the worst shopping websites that i have used.. firstly i ordered one top and quality was pathetic.. i asked for return but there is no refund policy and they have me the credit that i could have used in my next shopping from their website.. i redeem that credit and that got converted to coupon code.. as per the message i would have receive that email
With coupon code however nothing i got in my email. In short i lost my 800 bucks to this useless website.. not recommending at all…

Please dnt buy from uptownie it is a scam shopping site. They will take your money n will not process your order, also there is no customer service where u can call or talk. They dnt reply or receive your call. Please boycott this site. My order number is 682824. Lets see how fast u process.

Bought the product thinking it’s 100% cotton material but here I got total disappointed. Return policy is so complicated and complex, not at all flexible. Though the top is a cute outfit except that please be honest with customers.
